ISA is the channel association for the Industrial MROP industry. Focusing on the End User first and their changing needs, we help member companies develop and advance their organizations to meet the new drivers of change and capabilities needed to thrive as the channel continues to evolve.

For what projects/services did your company hire King Design LLC?

Our company website needed a refresh to meet our current marketing strategy.

What were your goals for this project?

To create an updated website that helped ours current members and potential members engage, learn and lead with ISA. We also had a number of logos we needed created as well.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

ISA has worked with King design before, they are our go to firm for all things creative, and strategy when it comes to our online presence.

Describe the project in detail.

This two phase project has been a complete web overhaul starting with reorganizing and refreshing our current web content into a new format, and continuing on to adding in new pages, automated forms, a blog, etc. We have overhauled our education library, foundation page, home page, membership page, and membership directory. We have created an entirely new blog, podcast (complete with logo design) and automated all of our forms as well.

What was the team composition?

As the marketing manger for ISA I have worked closely with Jess, Mike, and the rest of the KD team to accomplish our projects step by step. The collaboration has been fun, insightful, and productive.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Due to KD's hustle and creativity, we will be able to launch an entirely new blog come Jan 2020.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It's truly a dream to work with a team that just "get's it" and King Design really understood our vision from the start. We are able to speak the same language, and KD is able to turn sketches into full blown web pages within days of the initial design process. It's honestly an exciting process to work with such a motivated team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

KD gets the work done, and makes sure that you're with them every step of the way. From design, to basecamp feedback, to last minute phone calls when I need a little extra detail, Jess, Mike and the team are always there to keep the project moving on time and on brand. We would not have the website and branding expertise we proudly display now without King Design LLC.

Website design and development. Our site was very old and outdated, we needed a refresh of the design to help us reach our target demographic and to tell our story.

What were your goals for this project?

Responsive design that was modern and clean.

How did you select this vendor?

We considered multiple vendors but selected King Design based on their previous work and the ease of the scoping/estimating process.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

We worked together on creating a wireframe for the new website and then they delivered a beautiful design. The development of the site was well executed and the backend was very easy to use for making our own updates.

What was the team composition?

There were one or two designers involved and one main developer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our analytics showed increased traffic to the site with longer view times.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project manager was amazing! She kept us all on track and the project moved smoothly through the timeline. We used Basecamp to communicate about the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

King Design LLC was a pleasure to work with. They were very creative and worked with us to design a sophisticated, intuitive, impactful website that really enhanced our brand and digital marketing goals. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
