We asked Nicklaus Marketing to help us name and build the branding for our company. This is a new concept in healthcare and being that we are the first to market we needed to showcase credibility and value to two different groups. The surgeons recommending us and the patients that need us. We also needed a website and marketing material as well as marketing strategy and media buying.

Satisfaction with the design and messaging internally

Bookings and inquiries and a result form media spend

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We received our deliverables on time and if we had questions they were answered promptly. All of our assets were delivered in a drive for future use and they packaged our brand guidelines in a very easy to understand and usable way. We had scheduled meetings for updates and approvals are sent through their system.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team is so creative, not just with their design but their ideas as well. They also understand business which is sometime not what you find with a creative agency. I think it is great that they work with all different types of clients. While they are really impressive and have a lot of experience in the healthcare space they aren't stuck in the hampster wheel of any specific industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nicklaus Marketing could have done differently?

Not at this time.
