What challenge were you trying to address with Basso Design Group?

We needed a web solution that clients could use to choose hotels.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Basso Design Group reimagined our brand. They came up with new colors, a brand new logo, and other branding pieces. For the website, they focused on how the site runs and how search works. They made it easier for hotels and travel agents to interact and facilitate bookings.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with quite a few people, but Dan (Managing Partner, Basso Design Group) has always been our lead.

How did you come to work with Basso Design Group?

It’s been 11 years, so I can’t remember exactly. Basso Design Group located about 20 minutes from our office.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Basso Design Group in 2008, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since our engagement began 11 years ago, our client base has doubled. The number of agents using the site has more than doubled.

How did Basso Design Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management style is amazing. In the beginning, we talked with Dan several times a week, now we communicate once or twice a week. Basso Design Group delivered everything we wanted for the exact price they promised.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Basso Design Group delivers on their promises. That isn’t always the case with other agencies.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really. They’ve always done what we’ve contracted them to do.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Compare prices. Basso Design Group gave us a monthly rate. The agency we worked with in the past charged an hourly rate, so we never knew the price until we received the bill.
