They are big enough to be reliable and small enough to maintain friendly, highly personalized service. To this day, I can call the CEO on his cell phone, and he picks up or gets right back to me. I rarely do that as the team mostly handles everything. Occasionally, I need to discuss contract language or something strategic, and I have easy access to the executive team. Aside from easy access, the quality of their work is always a top priority for them and we have had no quality issues in 10+ years. I can't think of a time the system went down or was unexpectedly unavailable.

After the website was deployed initially, we continue working with New Target on individual web requests. Many times, we ended up deploying and working through Saturday and Sunday nights.
