Upqode was excellent at maintaining our schedule, an excellent collaborator during the design process, and able to deliver the results we needed as a company.

 Upqode always delivered milestones on time and even exceeded them when requested. I take comfort in knowing they are always available when I need them and respond extremely fast.

I needed tons of backend dev work done and updates to the front end as well. Mostly Wordpress and PHP with my servers.

They have great structure meaning who i spoke with knew exactly what i wanted and relayed this to the devs flawlessly.

They did a great job, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Attention to detail, previous websites they had built, their staff was friendly and they sold us on being able to execute our vision.

My COO Emalee worked hand in hand with Upqode, explaining her vision, Upqode was attentive, efficient, and resourceful while taking us through the process. It took a few revisions, but the final site was everything we could've hoped for and more!

In total, i believe around 6 people worked with us from Upqode.

The website is fantastic. It is interactive and sleek, communicates our company vision and gives us a very professional look. We love the interactive moving features about the site, it suits the eye very well.

I worked with an initial representative who determined the scope of the project. I also worked with a project manager who coordinated the designers and developers for the site.

We are still in the review process but the site is definitely capturing leads and providing value to my realtor partners.

George was the project manager. We would have various meetings to discuss different phases of development. He was great to work with!

They actually gave an accurate, well thought out, quote for the project. Most other companies would just throw out numbers, it was kind of sad really.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I had a specific vision for the art style of the new site. They located several independent artists for me and found the perfect candidate and worked with them seamlessly. I was endlessly impressed with how smooth our website now compared to how choppy it could have been.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They push their maintenance plan more heavily than I would have liked but 1. I imagine it's appropriate for certain projects and 2. Their flexibility and patience throughout the project earned more than a little goodwill.

The team did a great job developing the site and page layout. The design is simple but effective and leaves us a lot of room to continue to evolve the content as we grow.

The communication was mostly asynchronous via email. The team was very responsive and changes requested were usually made within 12-24 hours.

We were impressed by their ability to work autonomously in developing the site and the immediate responsiveness despite being in different time zones.

I cannot think of any areas of improvement.

At times communication was tough, since English isn't the first language for most of the team members. This was very minor, though, and didn't interfere with the project.

They had one of the best websites, very capable person I interviewed, and the most high-quality proposal document. They were clearly a capable firm.

We have not launched yet. What they did was way beyond what we could have done on my own in a web design interface.

They turned around design iterations very quickly and responded well to my changes.

I think we both overlooked that the size of the font was bigger than my competitors. My competitor websites have blank space to the right and left to accomodate the size of the screen.
