Since we are still in the initial stages of our work, we don't have the right metrics yet to gauge success by analytics, but the improvements they have made to our MQL to SQL handoff have streamlined the sales process already, and the improvements to our LinkedIn presence are keeping our engagement at a high level, if not higher than before.

I’m the president of a company that manufactures equipment for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. We handle the North American market.

Our historical way of marketing was through direct sales and manufacturer representatives. We had a website with product catalogs, and we were moving away from direct sales and into digital marketing. We hired New Perspective Marketing to help us make that transition.

What was the scope of their involvement?
New Perspective Marketing helped us redo our website and develop content for it. They worked with affiliates and on white papers, seminars, and blog posts.
To do all of these, they took us through a customer journey process and walked us through different ways to look at things we’d done in the past. This allowed us to open our eyes and learn how to change our website content and build awareness. We had four main product lines, and New Perspective Marketing worked through them systematically. They helped us create a content strategy, and we developed the actual content.

We started working together in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The number of leads we generate has increased, and we’ve won a number of orders because of those leads. While our site traffic varies from month to month, the quality of said traffic is better — people are staying on our website longer. Our goal is to build awareness in the marketplace, and we’ve been successful in doing that.
How did New Perspective Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
New Perspective Marketing meets our deadlines and stays within our budget. Kalynna has been doing a great job, and we’ve been happy with her. She works closely with our marketing manager to ensure that our day-to-day and month-to-month activities are done properly.
For communication, our marketing manager has weekly meetings with Kalynna. We do quarterly business reviews, and I’ve talked to Nathan (Founder & President). He and I have a half-hour follow-up meeting every month.
What did you find most impressive about them?
New Perspective Marketing has helped us move our marketing efforts into the 21st century. They’ve presented a different way of thinking to us, and stakeholders are buying into it. They help us understand why we’re doing something in a specific manner. Overall, they’ve changed the way we approach the market.  We’re evolving with them, and they continue working with us as we take the next steps.

New Perspective Marketing provides support for our digital marketing initiatives. They’ve developed strategies to help us effectively engage with potential customers and make sure that we’re maximizing all our marketing efforts across the board.

Aside from that, they’ve integrated our HubSpot account into our website, conducted keyword research to optimize our site, and set up a branding strategy to make sure that our messaging aligns with our brand and consumers. They’ve also helped us structure a white paper format for our blog posts.

They're currently in charge of handling our SEO, email marketing, and content creation efforts.

New Perspective Marketing has performed well in terms of project management. They were able to adapt quickly to our team’s processes and working style.

We primarily communicate through email, and we also have weekly Zoom calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

New Perspective Marketing has done an excellent job in following through on the things that they say they will do. I’m very impressed with their ability to stay on track — we’ve never needed to follow up on anything because they’re always on top of their tasks.

Additionally, we appreciate their ability to provide us with top-notch solutions. They also have a lot of connections that benefit us; if there’s something they cannot do for us, they always point us in the right direction.

No, I have no complaints. New Perspective Marketing has done a great job so far.

Carbon Clean is a global leader in cost-effective CO₂ capture technology and services. I am the Marketing Director, and my mission is to relentlessly position Carbon Clean as a disruptive industry leader communicating and educating the marketplace with our superior solutions.

We have been working together for 18 months now to support our vision of rapid growth. Carbon Clean needed to redesign its digital footprint and strengthen its online visibility. Ahead of this a full website redesign and new corporate brand identity was essential. It was then vital to execute an aggressive inbound demand generation strategy by providing engaging thought leadership. Our goal was to generate 400 inbound gated leads per month with an MQL to SQL conversion of 15%.

New Perspective came highly recommended by one of our investors. I was also the first non-technical hire at Carbon Clean so needed to build my team instantly and deliver results. They’ve given me the confidence our partnership will support our rapid growth.

The simple, clean new look and tagline for Carbon Clean: Technology to Achieve Net Zero was developed along with our redesigned website in record time - setting us up for success. New Perspective managed the complete migration and SEO optimisation and continued improvements are ongoing. Our customer relationship management platform is designed to work seamlessly with sales, customer service, and marketing tools and allows us to measure our success. Positively since engaging with New Perspective our pipeline value has increased x7 fold by delivering an ambition demand generation strategy with high quality thought leadership content.

Our successful content strategy is already seeing B2B conversation best in class percentages of above 15% for MQL to SQL, allowing us to focus on kicking off even more strategic targeting and resulted in us doubling our gated lead KPIs. Our FY22 strategy is focused on accelerating growth and creating pipeline value.

After identifying gaps in our PPC strategy, they put together a comprehensive plan that included Social Media. Since then we have seen extreme growth and have learned a ton about the value of certain keywords.

We work with an Account Media, Developer, Social Strategist, and a Digital Strategist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We improved the performance of our paid ad campaigns by targeting new keywords. Additionally, we increased our Social Media spend and tackled that spend with fresh ideas. The results were tremendous with the biggest impact on qualified leads by implementing their digital strategy.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our teams has been great. New Perspective always has time to jump on a call or help with Ad Hoc requests.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our Account Manager is also a developer. He has been able to help us with unique projects and is even an expert with some of our automation tools. He trained me when I started.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing I would like to see more of is competitor bidding in SEM. We can bid on our competitors keywords for less than non-branded keywords. Aside from that they have been outstanding.

I am the Digital Marketing Manager for Scientific Bioprocessing (SBI). SBI is a biotechnology manufacturing company that specializes in microbial and mammalian cell culture.

As a startup, we had a lot of moving parts with no solidified strategy. We realized that we needed a digital marketing partner to help us align our strategy from the ground up so that we could be successful in our demand generation goals.

We went through an extensive selection process with multiple agencies. We needed a partner who could offer a complete solution from strategy, web, social, paid, and all things marketing. New Perspective was the only agency that focused on our needs before offering a solution. It was obvious that they were interested in understanding our industry and our business so that they could offer helpful recommendations tailored specifically for us.

The initial phase of this project involved a lot of workshops and foundational work to help us all move forward together. They provided us with key audits with recommendations on how to better optimize our entire customer experience. With their help, we were able to implement HubSpot, set up proper tracking across the entire tool stack of Google and HubSpot, understand our audience better, see our content gaps, build lead generation campaigns, and they also helped with web and design services. In short, they were able to get us the big picture in a short amount of time so that we can be confident in successful results.

New Perspective clearly takes a lot of care with their clients. We work with many of their team members depending on the work that is being done. We initially met with the president and director of client success. We were then assigned an account manager and strategic project lead. We have also worked 1 on 1 with their SEO/SEM specialist and their web and design team. As a partner, it feels like New Perspective has joined us in our mission. They offer their entire team to become members of your team. It's the most thorough experience I have ever experienced.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

New Perspective doesn't just do great work. They do it in a timely and cost-effective way. They understood our aggressive goals and gave us the attention we needed to provide all the strategy workshops, documents, and assets needed to begin running a demand generation project. As we move out of this first phase, we are very pleased with what we have been able to accomplish together. It makes the road much more clear on how we will achieve our goals.

The workflow between teams is seamless. We meet once a week and they make themselves accessible whenever needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There are a few things that make New Perspective stand out. For one, they are a full-circle digital marketing agency that offers everything you could want and need out of your digital marketing. They are incredibly thorough in their strategies. I haven't seen anything like it. In a short amount of time, they understood our industry and business and brought real value right away. They're also a lot of fun to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The work has been absolutely top-notch. I would suggest to them to not change anything until it stops working for someone.... but I don't see that happening.

We identified our audience, what their pain points were and aligned that with our messaging. From there, we produced our marketing materials, including a website, thought leadership, advertising campaigns, and materials for trade shows. 

They designed our logo, established a color palette, designed and built our website, and set up our social media accounts. They also set up Hubspot and other marketing tools.

I worked with New Perspective Marketing at a previous job. Before selecting a vendor for that engagement, I interviewed about a dozen agencies. I selected New Perspective Marketing because of the emphasis they placed on strategy.

We started working together in June 2019. I left the company six months later, but they were still working together at the time.

At our first trade show, our booth was mobbed. Their efforts positioned the company well and generated awareness and demand. The revenue trajectory was impressive. Agrify went public after only about 18 months.

In most cases, they had to manage me. My schedule was pretty hectic, but they were incredibly diligent in managing my deliverables to them. They made sure we stayed on schedule and hit deadlines.
