I am a digital architect for Eve Holding Inc, a hybrid company that deals with helicopters and drones.

What challenge were you trying to address with Zallpy Digital?

We wanted to explore what we could do with AI; Zallpy Digital is providing consulting services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They are responsible for explaining the various AI technologies that we can use and how we can apply them to our plans. During workshops, we have collaborated with their team on how we want to move forward. 

What is the team composition?

We work with Antonio (Chief AI Officer) and a few others from Zallpy Digital. 

How did you come to work with Zallpy Digital?

I believe they emailed my company, and we decided to discuss what they could do for us. After that, we decided to move forward together. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2024, and the engagement is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

After we completed the workshop, we met with our leadership team, and they were very satisfied with the work from Zallpy Digital. We want to continue evolving the ideas they’ve collaborated with us on. 

How did Zallpy Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They are very responsive; we communicate via WhatsApp any time we need them. The team is also very organized, flexible, and never delays anything. 

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

We’d like to shout out Antonio (Chief AI Officer) and Mikael (Head of Business Development); they have both been very helpful. Antonio flew out specifically from the US for this workshop, which we really appreciate. We’ve also been impressed with Mikael's enthusiasm for the engagement. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The whole team was very helpful and communicative.  The engagement was definitely worth the money and we plan on continuing our work together.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be beneficial for them to do a discovery call with companies before beginning the workshop phase.

As someone who's worked directly with Zallpy, I can personally vouch for their incredible knack for project management. From the very start to the finish line, they were in tune with what we needed, always making sure everything was delivered right when we needed it. But it wasn’t just about checking boxes for them; they genuinely aimed to go above and beyond, truly enriching our business in the process. 
To sum it up, partnering with Zallpy Digital was a real eye-opener to what top-notch project management looks like.   1. Remote Call Via QRCode; 
  2. Improvement of current UX/UI; 
  3. Lean Inception with key user; 
  4. Display the equipment number or nickname on the access management screen; 
  5. Develop a notification center; o Sending notifications via push; 
  6. Optimize the main resident registration process as Local ADM (time-consuming registration, as it is currently not possible to replicate by equipment); 
  7. Add an option to delete a call from the call history; 
  8. Add an Onboarding Contact Us option within the application; 
  9. Add WhatsApp number to the contacts screen;
  10. Change financial position link to new domain; 
  11. mprove the information of the position of the technician;
  12. Removing the confirmation button from the warning messages, when the elevator camera is successfully executed; 
  13. Remove the confirmation button that occurs after selecting a piece of equipment in the lift call; 
  14. Include call history when calling elevator is performed by onboarding; 
  15. Create permission for simple change of registration (e-mail, telephone, etc.).
