Cyber Optik worked with me to choose a template for the new website. They then used the text and basic structure I provided to create a draft. They implemented photos that they thought worked well. Throughout the 2-stage draft process, I provided photos that I wanted to replace some of the stock photos with. Once the draft was approved, they transferred the website to my URL. After the process, they gave me a 1 hour tutorial on how to modify the website if I want to in the future.

The overall satisfaction of myself and any peers that I had review the website proved that we thought the Cyber Optik team did a great job.

They were very responsive. In the middle of our project we hit some snags in my office. They were very patient and supportive. They kept the project going and completed on time.

I am not a savvy tech person so I appreciated their patience and calm guidance in navigating the website building process as well as the post-project maintenance support.

They did an excellent job. The only thing I can think of is that I would have loved to have more feedback on my design ideas, or collaboration on what they thought would be good features in the overall design. They implemented things exactly as I requested, which was wonderful. But I would have loved to hear their ideas on whether my ideas were effective or if there was a better way to say or do things.

Ron from CyberOptik and I had been discussing web development for several months. I like that they are local and easy to contact, have a great portfolio of clients, and were quick to respond to any questions I had before signing a contract.

The first step was to talk to Ron and give him some ideas of what we were looking for with our website. After signing a contract, there was an extensive questionnaire to capture our goals and what we wanted to communicate to our audience. After the development was complete, the creative director scheduled a training session so we would know how to make modifications. There is lifetime email support included, which is great. We used the WordPress platform for development.

We now have a modern website that provides information in a visually pleasing way. The wordpress platform allows for an easy way to post updates to the site and the training and ongoing tech support provided by CyberOptik gives us confidence that the site will operate properly into the future.

The CyberOptik team works efficiently and has great communication regarding what is currently happening and what is needed to complete the project. I took a long time getting text edits to them and they were patient and ready to go when I supplied the information they needed.

I think the most impressive thing about CyberOptik is that they provide professional services and a great product at lower-than-expected prices.

Everything went smoothly and I can't think of any way to improve their current process.

We shared examples of the design we wanted, what information should be made available, and how we wanted to manage the site. Data was exchanged and working samples were shared until ready to go live. Training was also provided on ho to manage the site.

The new site provided materials and and interactive solutions that reduced our direct contact by about 75%. Many customers still commend the new site and ability to use on mobile devices.

Although we did not initially have a timeline, they kept us on track with regulars communication, samples, etc.

Half the work seemed to be completed in a matter of weeks due to an unexpected hosting deadline of our previous website. It almost seemed as if they were prepared for our issues and delivered the project without issue.

This company continues to monitor our site, provide suggestions, offer assistance, and keep us in their best interest. There is nothing they could have done different.

We had an outdated website; we needed to modernize it and put in better pictures, wording, ideas, and layouts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially put down our ideas, some pictures of our products, and a good background. CyberOptik did some extensive research on us to figure out our industry, and they put it all together to do the website.

The layout and flow were key because the team made clear that people would peek at the site for five seconds and leave if nothing interested them. They built the site using WordPress so that we can make changes to it. CyberOptik showed us the step-by-step on how to add and edit things. Now, we don’t have to call them for everything.

We worked with 2–3 people with different roles. Someone specialized in marketing, one on the technical side, and then there was a service person we could call to make whatever changes we wanted. They all excelled at their work and made the process very seamless.

We began our partnership in July 2018, and they finished the website within 1–2 months. We still work together when we have to add things. They help us out with ideas on spending our budget in the best areas.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

CyberOptik was able to design the website to keep the user’s interest despite how further into the site they went. In that sense, the number of views is one way to know the impact. In general, they keep it fresh and suggest certain sentences to incorporate or get rid of. Nonetheless, they don’t push us and just make recommendations on how to stay active to stay on Google’s first or second page of the search results. Overall, it’s nice to get an unbiased opinion.

How did CyberOptik perform from a project management standpoint?

They laid the project out for us at the get-go. We had the timeline, and once they hit a milestone, we went on to the next step to ensure we stayed on course — that’s why it only took 1–2 months to wrap up the project. Once they built the website, they left it open-ended so we could make changes without a hassle.

Overall, the process was pretty smooth, and they were there every step of the way.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were pretty responsive and on top of everything. We could send an email and get an answer within 1–2 hours.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t come up with anything. Maybe if there are new technologies that could benefit us, they could reach us and let us know. However, they do the upgrades behind the scenes, so maybe we don’t have to know about what they do.

Just stick to the timeline, and it’ll go according to plan. If you get off track, it’s difficult to get your mindset back into it, so once you start, just finish it.

Because it was the first time I ever designed a website, CyberOptik held my hand through the process. The team helped me with everything from the appearance of the site to its text. I did the bulk of the website’s text, but they built the rest of it. Apart from designing it, they also developed the website via WordPress.

I heard positive feedback about the website from people that were considering using our services. They said the site is user-friendly and professional.

CyberOptik’s project management was excellent. We communicated via emails and phone calls. We mainly used emails, but we also had plenty of phone calls during the development process and while we were making numerous decisions. Ron was also truly patient.

They were extremely responsive. Every time I had a question, I always received answers within an hour. Overall, their customer service was outstanding.

No, there weren’t any. They were highly professional, creative, and responsive.

Go into the engagement with a clear idea about your goals. Look at other websites to figure out what you want. That will speed up the process. On top of that, don’t be afraid to commit to your decisions.

I was looking for an SEO vendor and brought them in to redesign our website and help with raising our Google rankings.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

To start, CyberOptik looked at our website and analyzed our competitor’s websites, looking at their description tags, meta tags, and keywords. We focused on the sites that ranked ahead of us on Google. They went on to create a number of new pages on our site and refresh our design, including adding a promotional page, a blog page, and an electrical services page. These pages represent new services we’re offering, like window treatments.

I also work with their writer monthly to develop a content program that will promote our company name and help the algorithm recognize our services. They will submit articles to me for review and I will provide feedback before we post them. These blogs are topical, focusing on what’s going on in the industry. For example, we shifted to work from home topics when COVID hit.

Ron (Principal) is my main contact, Chris (Support Director) sends me the analytic reports, and we have a content writer.

How did you come to work with CyberOptik?

Ron reached out to me on LinkedIn, and we happened to be looking for another service provider, as our one at the time wasn’t performing well. We had mutual contacts, speaking to his reputability, and his website was very detailed. Their services were also perfectly aligned with what we were looking for. We’re ranking a better on Google and will continue to climb with their continued support. We’re also receiving cold calls every day asking for quotes thanks to our organic work.

They have a quick response time, getting back to me within an hour. My responses are a bit delayed since I wear so many hats, but they’re on their game.

The website design stands out the most. Previously, we had a basic WordPress site that I’d built when I launched the company but CyberOptik created an awesome, modern site. They turned it around quickly, too.

We’re improving at a slow rate, but it’s impossible to make the process move any faster. It just takes time for the algorithm to recognize changes and for us to grow more. There’s no blame for CyberOptik. They’re doing everything right.

Feedback on the new site has been (and continues to be) phenomenal. PAXXUS is reflective of a truly global brand presence and our product portfolio is much easier to navigate. We had a very large amount of information to display, and the CO team handled it effortlessly.

Communication was mainly via email. Response times were incredibly prompt. They are very open about the scope of work and honest about needing more/less time than budgeted. Overall, the communication was great.

The way that their team implements complex solutions with ease was incredibly impressive. They are also great at troubleshooting and solving any problems I may have created behind the scenes as an admin.

A weekly check-in call would have been beneficial to outline what has been done and what needs to be prepared next. I really could have used some support to stay on track with my responsibilities to avoid delays.
