What was the scope of their involvement?
They helped me from the initial process of creating a logo and creating what I’d envisioned in my head for our brand. They also developed our website and helped with mass marketing strategies to get our name out there in the community.
We still work with them monthly to do our marketing. They produce all of our paperwork to make us look very professional. They also created our business cards and brochures, and now they’re doing our Google and Facebook ads.
We were very specific in what we wanted. We had a few in-person meetings with them to brainstorm the different pages we wanted on the site and how it was supposed to look. We wanted a clean page, but that’s not ideal in the marketing world. In the end, we got what we wanted and they were able to make changes to make it SEO-friendly.
We wanted patients to come to a page and clearly be able to see our phone number and address. They also had to be able to send us a message and talk to us on the website. For that reason, twentytwo & brand. developed a chat feature. Patients also had to be able to schedule an appointment on our website, so twentytwo integrated a scheduling service we already used.
With everything going on now for Coronavirus, they even developed an activity book that kids can download with coloring pages and different games. They have a lot of fresh ideas.
How did you come to work with twentytwo & brand.?
I really wanted someone local, and someone put me in touch with Nathan’s wife, who put me in touch with Nathan. My partner and I met with him and meshed really well. We liked his ideas and his vision for our company and brand. First, we hired him to create the brand and the website, and then we had such a good experience that we hired him to stay on board with us monthly.
