We wanted to reach customers that we can’t reach otherwise.

What was the scope of their involvement?

twentytwo & brand first approached us asking us why targets we were aiming to reach and what type of work we expected from them. We laid out a plan for social media posting, emails, and a website redesign. For the website part, we provided most of the content, but they gave some suggestions. They follow the brand idea and design and focus on that line.

My main contact is Nathan (Founder).

How did you come to work with twentytwo & brand?

My wife recommended them. She owns a dental office, and twentytwo & brand did some marketing for her. I was looking for a new marketing company because we weren’t satisfied with our previous vendor. We had a meeting with twentytwo & brand, and I liked their ideas. They were reachable; I call them anytime, and they’d respond quickly.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $7,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in December 2019. We don’t have a deadline for their work; it’s still moving forward.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were able to attain new customers and maintain current ones. It’s been successful.

How did twentytwo & brand perform from a project management standpoint?

The team is very reachable. Nathan responds quickly and returns call in a decent amount of time. I have no complaints.

I am the owner of a small construction company that focuses on residential renovation projects.

We enlisted the services of twentytwo&brand to develop new desktop and mobile websites, a new logo, as well as some print media.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to provide a more polished and updated experience to potential clients that may interact with our website. We also wanted to freshen up our logo and print media.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I found twentytwo&brand after an internet search. I was looking for a company that was passionate about the work, competent in their field, and easy to work with. After our initial email and a follow up phone call I knew I had found everything I had hoped for in twentytwo&brand.

Describe the project in detail.

I had reached out to a few different vendors and invited them to discuss my project. Nathan reached out quickly and gave a brief description of his team and seemed genuinely excited to work with me to execute on my ideas.

Twentytwo&brand turned our initial conversation and emails into excellent first drafts. After some general feedback they happily tweaked the content and designs until I was completely happy. Throughout the entire process I was kept up to date on the progress through email and phone calls.

What was the team composition?

I communicated directly with Nathan and he coordinated with his team to ensure cohesive and efficient project development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have had many compliments on my new website, a few clients that were in the process of selecting a contractor have told me their choice was sealed after they visited my website and saw the professionally designed content.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team at twentytwo&brand met or exceeded every timeline we set. The excitement and passion for what they do was obvious from the outset. They took my general ideas and rendered some fantastic options and added details I didn't expect.

We agreed allowing them to have creative freedom would yield the best results and I was consistently impressed with how they would take my ideas or photos and turn them into the final product. I felt involved at every step and was consulted with throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The attention to detail impressed me the most. Whether we communicated through email, or on the phone, nothing was missed. The organization required to deliver so well is clearly routed in focusing on the details. The function and look of the websites show that the team was committed to getting everything exactly right.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can not think of anything that could be improved on. My experience with twentytwo&brand was excellent in every aspect.

Next, they built a custom plan to attack our target audience and they did a tremendous job in helping us grow our footprint. They created an informative website that detailed our strengths. They also helped us to build our LinkedIn Profile followers. We're publishing on our blog, LinkedIn, and the site.

I’m the co-owner of a pediatric dentistry practice, The Kids Dental Practice.

What challenge were you trying to address with twentytwo & brand.?

I was opening a business and needed to create a logo. I also wanted someone to help create a brand from scratch.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped me from the initial process of creating a logo and creating what I’d envisioned in my head for our brand. They also developed our website and helped with mass marketing strategies to get our name out there in the community.

We still work with them monthly to do our marketing. They produce all of our paperwork to make us look very professional. They also created our business cards and brochures, and now they’re doing our Google and Facebook ads.

We were very specific in what we wanted. We had a few in-person meetings with them to brainstorm the different pages we wanted on the site and how it was supposed to look. We wanted a clean page, but that’s not ideal in the marketing world. In the end, we got what we wanted and they were able to make changes to make it SEO-friendly.

We wanted patients to come to a page and clearly be able to see our phone number and address. They also had to be able to send us a message and talk to us on the website. For that reason, twentytwo & brand. developed a chat feature. Patients also had to be able to schedule an appointment on our website, so twentytwo integrated a scheduling service we already used.

With everything going on now for Coronavirus, they even developed an activity book that kids can download with coloring pages and different games. They have a lot of fresh ideas.

How did you come to work with twentytwo & brand.?

I really wanted someone local, and someone put me in touch with Nathan’s wife, who put me in touch with Nathan. My partner and I met with him and meshed really well. We liked his ideas and his vision for our company and brand. First, we hired him to create the brand and the website, and then we had such a good experience that we hired him to stay on board with us monthly.

We’ve been working together since May 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We started off in a new office with no patients, and they’ve really helped our business grow. In just a few months we’ve gotten a good amount of patients. For the website specifically, people always comment on how it’ so easy to navigate and how much they love it. twentytwo is constantly checking it, seeing how people view it and making any changes.

How did twentytwo & brand. perform from a project management standpoint?

When we have meetings with them about different projects they have PowerPoint presentations divided based on the goals we’re working toward and what they have done at the moment. They’ve very organized and clear. They follow through with every project very professionally and quickly.

We’re very specific in what we want, which makes it harder for them, but they meet and work with us so we can all get on the same page.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They took time to get to know us and the brand we wanted. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable compared to other companies, and they’re much more accessible.

No, not really. They’re great.
