Mantyweb moved our entire website from one platform to WP Engine, building and redesigning as needed, keeping a similar but fresher look and feel. They added templates and built a streamlined process for us to work within.

We dealt both directly with the owners (programmer and account services) as well as a web developer/designer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Mantyweb seamlessly managed our platform move with zero disruption to our business and no challenges to managing the site at our end.

Already we have received positive feedback from our business units, and clearly the site is working, as we have had direct client outreach as a result of key elements added in this migration.

Seamless management. This team is focused and streamlined, which made the project easy on the client's end.

What were your goals for this project?

We've just launched the site so it's too early to say. On the first day, I did get three new inquiries for projects from clients that we had never spoken to before, so if that's any indication of what's to come, we're more than pleased.

It was extremely effective—expectations were clearly laid out and followed. The workflow and feedback process was easy and seamless. They've obviously put a lot of work and thought into their systems.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The quality of the product we received and how easy it was to get there. We've redone our website several times over the years and this time was by far the easiest and most pleasant. It was also the fastest and gave us a result that we love.

We needed a web developer to take over the development of our existing websites.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, Mantyweb reviewed our existing assets and collateral, performing a technical audit of one of our websites. They then rebuilt the WordPress site and our team performed user acceptance testing. Following that, they developed a total of eight websites from scratch for the various casinos within the company and incorporated an online gaming platform, working closely with a gaming developer. They also ensured users could register an account to access all pages within our network.

Mantyweb's team was pivotal in getting an online gaming platform up and running quickly. They also made the overall user experience as easy and seamless as possible, ensuring that users would only have to register once to access any pages within the platforms.

I have no complaints. They were very thorough and collaborative throughout the engagement. The owners would even get on the phone with me past business hours to discuss strategies or how to improve user experience. They really took the time to understand our needs and our customers.
