At Omnipack, we provide full-stack fulfillment services for eCommerce. Every day we support companies in delivering Amazon-grade customer experience, regardless of their scale and without them having to invest into logistics. Within Omnipack structures, I am responsible for managing marketing activities as Chief Marketing Officer.

For what projects/services did your company hire Webalize, and what were your goals?

We primarily hired Webalize to help us with web development and UX/UI design of our website, however they also supported us in motion design and overall digital optimization. During the course of our cooperation we’ve completed several major projects, including creation of custom CMS for managing all of our landing pages and launching a custom-built lead generation form on our website

As a business we wanted to increase the conversion rate of our online lead generation form and gain the ability to quickly launch customizable landing pages which would enable us to rapidly expand our marketing efforts to new markets.

At first we focused on improving conversion rate of our online lead generation form. Webalize team was partially responsible for designing, and fully responsible for developing this two-step form. After deploying our new lead form we saw a major improvement in conversion rates, and therefore decided to start using it throughout our landing pages.

At this point Omnipack was about to expand to a number of new markets, which created the need for optimizing the way we managed our landing pages as well as their conversion rates. Having consulted the matter with Webalize, we went on to create a custom platform for managing all of our landing pages in one place.

They have completely redesigned our landing pages and developed the platform from scratch in just under 3 weeks. As a result, we are now able to launch highly converting, customizable landing pages in a matter of minutes.

The team consisted of two web developers and a product designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So far the landing pages with the built-in lead form have proved to reach stable conversion rates of nearly 20%, which is very satisfactiory from our business standpoint. Thanks to simplified landing page creation process we also have much more agility when it comes to launching marketing campaigns on new markets

Our workflow proved to be highly effective. It was based on kanban methodology, however Webalize was keen to adapt it so that it fitted our business needs.

Webalize was fully engaged in project and made every effort to provide the best and flexible solutions. A crucial thing during cooperation with Webalize is their attitude to problem solving and very short response time.

What distinguishes Webalize from the competition is their good and proven solutions with quick implementation. In addition, all projects have always been tested by them and implemented with no bugs

There are no significant issues for improvement.

We hired Webilize to invent and implement our company site with web shop capabilities and Internet payment functionalities. We provided logo, naming, texts and graphics.

Webalize came with a portal concept, way to position it in the Internet, cross link with social media accounts. They were responsible for the page concept, UI design, encoding and connecting it to internet payment companies and is today responsible for its hosting and maintenance.

What was the team composition?

There were 2 teams working with us, where we had 2 SPOCs:

• graphic and UI designer
• a team of encoders working on the project that we do not have the details and nor direct contact with, besides of the SPOCs

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

we are still at the initial stage of band awareness build, where the main goal was to start the site, start sales. we do have visitors, that are happy with the webpage outlook and we do have sales of our inventory.

it was a very effective approach:

• during weekly meetings, project status presentation, with concepts or beta version of the page presentation
• corrections and tasks with timeline agreed during meetings
• status overview during those meetings

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed by their open minded approach and flexibility. The above was linked with a consistent project approach to the tasks, using cloud based tools for internal and external communication. Webalize positively impressed us by their out-of-the-box thinking and over the average involvement in the process.

Additionally the website was integrated with the new CRM system via API.
