To provide a prototype of a customer UX as part of our phase 1 solution delivery for an existing client.

We have known Browser London for a few years and successfully engaged them in another project in the past.

Rapid UX prototyping in 2 stages. First pure design and then turning that design into a live prototype connected to our analytics solution.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Both we and our client loved the UX design and the working prototype made it come alive. We will be partnering with Browser London as we move to phase 2 of our client engagement.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

In just 2 days the team were able to produce a UX design that we could put in front of our client. With another 5 days to turn that into a working prototype. We worked directly with skilled team members from Browser which made these timeframes possible.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They understood our requirements and the flexibility needed at this early stage of a client engagement. They made it easy for us to work with them and deliver the result we needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At this stage no. We are completely satisfied.

How can we create a website that helps SMEs navigate and understand the multiple avenues of support they could be getting from the city and from various organizations around the city dedicated to driving economic development.

Conducted research about service providers in the area and reviewed past work. Browser was the optimal choice considering the quality of work, level of service, and costs.
