Develop a Paid Media Strategy based on a fixed media spent budget including market and channel recommendations. Preparing strategy and budget forecast for selected countries, set up campaigns, review copy and assets provided by brand, optimize campaigns to reach definded results. Main focus: ROAS of 4, reach new audiences, increase transactions/conversions and stay within the budet.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is still ongoing but the general approach of the team to understand our needs plus previous experience working with Major Tom in a smaller scale (only one market) are already showing good initial results in impressions and click rates. The project is structured in two different phases to align with our product seasonality: Phase 1 audience building focus on reach while preparing for Phase 2 with focus on ROAS and conversions.

There were a number of new people working on the project who were new to our account, and the one area that I think could have created a more seamless process was ensuring all of the new team members had been thoroughly onboarded onto our brand to ensure that we were more aligned from the start. We got there in the end though and were incredibly happy with the final result!

Excellent methodology to keep us on track and ensure no items fell through the cracks. We had a lead who would assign work to others on the Major Tom team to ensure there was no bottleneck in the process. Response time was quick. Major Tom team asked good questions to understand our requirements so there wasn't a lot of back and forth or wasted time. Quick turn around with updates or changes to ensure we were meeting deadlines. Overall, excellent experience with the MT team.

Our website is now ranking on Google for numerous keywords. Our ad campaigns currently in market have been optimized to a point where the costs drop month over month. We started with conversion costs close to $100 per conversion and currently, we are achieving costs of less than $10 per conversion.

Project management has been fantastic with monthly review meetings about the progress and results of the campaigns. As well as updates on the optimization efforts.

Selection was done before my time. But for a specific project we'll often reach out and ask for a basic strategy for a campaign. If it meets our goals we'll move forward from there.

Starts with strategy all the way to a final report. The start lays out where and what we'll be advertising on and puts some estimated results to each channel. From there we move into more detailed recommendations that help direct our key messages.

Once the campaign is live we receive a regular report at the mid point with recommendation. On completion, a detailed final report is sent to conclude the project. Throughout it all their team is always available for questions and information.

Multiple experts in each of their fields. Usually we have a single point person who manages the day-to-day conversation.

Metrics are more often than not on point. This helps us judge how successful a campaign was. Since they reliably hit their targets it makes it easier to run campaigns as we can be confident we'd get xyz results.

We have worked with Major Tom on a number of search and display advertising campaigns. Abdulah, Tina and team do a great job of listening to what we're trying to accomplish, who our demographic is and then creating a campaign around it using their expertise. We always receive timely updates, prompt answers to any questions. These are never "set it and forget it" campaigns - they are always checking in and optimizing as we go along.
