We have kick-off meetings every month to discuss important projects and where we prioritize which projects are important and which can be developed in the long term. Developers are always available to help at any time of the week. They keep a close eye on all projects and always meet deadlines.

A project manager, several web developers but there is always one who is available and who is up to date with our projects.

After they took care of technical problems like orphaned pages, duplicate pages without canonical etc. our Health Score (ranking that reflects the proportion of internal URLs without errors) went up to 76.

Communication with the team is perfect, we have several internal channels where we talk daily, such as Slack.

His professionalism and enthusiasm when it comes to work is incredible. They develop the projects within the established deadlines and even if we ask for changes they are always open to make them.

We can improve communication on more complex projects where more explanation is required from both parties.

Someone who knew about their work highly recommended them to me, and we hired them because they were experts in Web Flow. We've been meticulous in how we approached this, so we sent out an RFP to 27 different agencies, and Flow Ninja provided a response to all the details, and we selected them as our preferred agency for this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in May 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

One of the things that we wanted to do was ensure that all the page download speeds were very fast, and nearly every page on the website scores a 95 or higher on the Google page speed download test.

How did Flow Ninja doo perform from a project management standpoint?

We've had an aggressive timeline, and they've been responsive and worked hard, delivering on time with us, which is fantastic. It has made project management more challenging, but they've been very accommodating and do everything we ask to get everything done.

Regarding communication and tools, we use Slack, early morning calls, Loom, and a project management tool to track and maintain the overarching project plan.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to deliver very high-quality work in a short time has impressed me the most.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Time zone differences can be challenging, but I knew this before going into the project. They're hardworking and responsive and do great work, so I'm happy to accommodate them in terms of time zone. I'd not feel that way if their work weren't as good.

There are also probably ways to improve their project management. I like their flexibility; however, they could improve on reporting and estimating. It's not the most important thing, but it would be helpful.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you're hiring an agency, you need a concrete plan about what you're looking for. We had a detailed RFP that we shared internally, and we were clear about what we wanted to get out of the project. This enabled us to communicate what we were looking for, ensuring success.

Also, be flexible, like with the time zones and the fluidity of how they work. Flow Ninja's ability to respond might not be an advantage for a larger company or people that are more structured. Still, that flexibility and ability to change projects midstream was fantastic for us.

We hired flow ninja to tackle the development side of our redesigned website. The goal of the redesign was to improve multiple areas of the site that created pain points for our users.

We looked for webflow partners and found that flow ninja produced some of the best work amongst all the other partners.

The scope of the work included taking our high-fidelity figma files and producing a webflow site that was a 1 to 1 copy of the designs. This was done for both web and mobile, with a variety of custom components included that needed custom coding.

I believe we had a project manager, a developer, and a QA tester actively working on the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The launch of the site is still quite new so there are no measurable outcomes yet. The new site matches the designs quite well and is already a better quality site compared to our previous version. The biggest feedback I would have is to focus more on QAing the deliverables since there were a good handful of bugs that needed to be dealt with afterwards.

Communication was great even though we were on opposite ends of the world. Flow ninja was great with explaining and outlining the schedule for the development of the site. And if anything needed to be pushed back they were great at communicating and verifying with us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were most impressed by the quality of work that Flow Ninja had done prior to us reaching out to them. They also had a very reasonable price point compared to other agencies we had seen.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Apart from the minor bugs mentioned earlier, the other improvement would be to try and consistently match the designs more closely. Sometimes the only feedback I would have for the team would be to revisit the designs and try to match them.

Happy to share the incredible ROI from our recent launch on December 17, 2025. Our commitment to efficiency has transformed our operations, dramatically reducing the time and resources required for updates. By streamlining processes, we've cut the update time for uploading a new blog post from over two hours with two resources to just 10 minutes with a single resource. Similarly, technical changes, such as modifications to our navigation, have been optimized from over four hours to under 30 minutes. These improvements not only save time, but also allow our team to focus more on creative strategies and content development, maximizing productivity and enhancing the experience for our audience.

Flow Ninja Studio has been building custom code extensions that seamlessly integrate with the Webflow platform. This allows us to deliver on specific requirements, such as building new features, enhancing existing functionality, and integrating third-party systems.

For example, Flow Ninja Studio has integrated Algolia, worked with APIs, and created custom code. The integration with Algolia has enabled us to have better search, filter, and sort capabilities. Additionally, Flow Ninja Studio has implemented scripts, custom CSS, and HTML, which have contributed to the overall performance and design of our website.
