5.0 May 15, 2020We have been very impressed with Salvo and the way in which they have helped our organization. Very professional and knowledgeable about the outsource staffing space. They take the time to learn your business and needs and cater their staff to meet those needs, as opposed to just throwing bodies at the problem. Sure initially we had a few more calls transferring internally to our on-site CSR leads, but as the Salvo staff became more experienced (over a very short time), those calls dropped off substantially.

For example, we just had a huge change in our OMS system, so we had to train everyone. I think they've mentioned it maybe once or twice in a couple of years, but we would like a bit of transparency in how they train their shared agents or a dedicated agent.

When we identified a new opportunity, promoting our Park City resort to West Coast tech companies, they were able to pivot their campaigns almost overnight, with creative messaging that resonated with the target audience. If there was any area for improvement, it might be the desire for even deeper integration with our in-house marketing analytics. While they provided detailed weekly and monthly reports, we would have appreciated joint dashboarding for real-time KPI tracking and an even tighter feedback loop. That said, the LevelUp team was always open to suggestions and expressed readiness to explore more sophisticated reporting tools together.
