I'm a senior account manager at Allen Corporation of America. We're a telecommunications solutions provider for telephone systems that are installed on our customers' premises and provided in the Cloud.
What challenge were you trying to address with SalesPro Leads?
We wanted to increase the number of our leads, so we were looking for a vendor to help us create new business opportunities.
What was the scope of their involvement?
SalesPro Leads does telemarketing and lead generation for us. They reach out to commercial businesses, predominantly in our market, to identify companies that might be in the process of making changes in their telecommunications systems. They help us with both cold calling and appointment setting.

We mostly interact with Tom (President, SalesPro Leads), but they have a team of telemarketers that are working on our project.

We started working with them in 2014 and the relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They produce leads for us on a continual basis and we've seen a steady conversion rate. In addition, they always provide us with detailed information about the call and about the lead, so we can follow up more effectively.
How did SalesPro Leads perform from a project management standpoint?
They're very responsive and always answer our questions. Also, they adapt easily if there is anything we want to change in the process.
What did you find most impressive about them?
For a period of time, they were giving us a recording of a phone call, so we could analyze what they were saying and how the call went. They have an initial contact with our customers and they’ve always represented us very professionally.

No. If there is anything I want them to address, I discuss it with them.

Identify your target market and take part in writing the script of a conversation. You can leave everything else to them.

We are a business solutions provider for phone systems, video surveillance, and Wi-Fi for businesses. I’m the owner of the company.
What challenge were you trying to address with SalesPro Leads?
We work with them to gather prospects and acquire new leads for our B2B services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They specifically targeted the state of Oklahoma and a variety of local markets to find companies interested in our products and services. They know about our existing customers’ company history and inventory, so are able to build on established relationships. They act as the initial point of contact and set appointments for us.
What is the team composition?
We have an account rep assigned to us, and a team of two or three making calls and prospecting for us. We have periodic reviews to check on their performance and the quality of the leads they send.
How did you come to work with SalesPro Leads?
We knew the owner from previous business relationships. When he established SalesPro, he reached out to me and we started working together.

We’ve used them off and on for several campaigns. We were one of their first customers and have worked together for years.

They helped us attain significantly larger customers with multiple offices. Naturally, that is good for our sales side. It also generates more recurring revenue through our maintenance department. We’ve expanded our customer base and have new clients who will stay with us for years to come.

They do a good job qualifying incoming prospects. They send leads to us and set appointments right away. If ever a lead doesn’t meet our standards, they don’t charge us. We have daily and weekly correspondence via email and phone, and their customer service is good.

They record all their calls, so we have a copy of the actual interaction between the representative and the customer. They’re completely transparent, and we get regular reports that show exactly what we’re paying for.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We’ve worked with them for several years and are very happy with their level of service. Sometimes, we need to ask them to make a change to how they interact with customers or process requests, but they’re quick to make adjustments.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure they understand your business and take time to detail the type of customer you’re looking for. If ever you’re not satisfied with something, let them know. They’ll always correct it.
The number of leads has increased and the in-house team is satisfied with the conversion rate. Organized and experienced, SalesPro Leads established an effective process, while their ability to adapt to changes made them easy to work with.
