Finally, they booked appointments and got on calls with the prospects.

Initially, it took us some time to figure out how to work together so the start of the project was quite slow. However, after the Belkins team offered numerous approaches, a 3-month contract brought us 15 appointments, and the team hit our KPIs.

Overall, our partnership was a blast: Belkins learned our platform in detail, analyzed our ideal customer profile, and tailored email copy superbly. We are satisfied with the results and we keep working together.

Highly effective. I didn't get involved much in the process though. However, our team said there are no issues with the communication or workflow. Belkins are great communicators and always in touch.

I was impressed to see how diligently they researched leads and hand-curated them. All their suggestions were spot-on. And the conversion rate was unexpectedly high. I guess the fact that they own their own email deliverability product helps a lot.

We now have a call once a week where we discuss the scheduled appointments and review our targeting strategy.

We communicate with the Belkins team mostly via email and through our weekly review calls. It’s great that the team is available most hours because they cover US and European timezones.

Being a bit more attentive to detail to ensure calendar invites and emails to prospective leads are accurate.

So far, I have gained two new ongoing clients with projects size that recovers my initial investment.

Fairly well. It took about 2-3 months for fully development of efficient workflow, getting the right clients and the right amount of calls to create the volume we needed to make it profitable.

Their customer service is great. I needed further help and. even the owner had a meeting with us to help with things beyond his company's duties.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I think I would like to have more input on prospects' emails throughout the initiative, not just at the beginning (though Im pretty sure I can ask for that). I would also like to have a bit more control of the meeting set up procedures.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes - we have received several high quality leads that can potentially turn into business. While we would of course like more leads, it is the quality of these leads that makes it worthwhile.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent - we have weekly meetings where we discuss current situations and challenges. I get all my reports in real-time through Google Dashboard. They make themselves available at all times through Slack as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciate their creativity in approaching the campaign and their willingness to try different methods rather than waste time. Yuriy was able to identify that our original plan was not working based on his experience and we were able to pivot quickly and see the results.

I would say they beat expectations given our previous experiences with lead generation companies.

It took us a while to build the pipeline, but once we got it set, we managed to get a stable and predictable flow of calls per month.

Belkins’ team is very flexible and result-focused. Their team is very attentive to our business needs. They basically started speaking our customers’ language to establish proper connections, and it worked just fine. They are quick to learn and feel like an extension of our team.
