Fairly well. It took about 2-3 months for fully development of efficient workflow, getting the right clients and the right amount of calls to create the volume we needed to make it profitable.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their customer service is great. I needed further help and. even the owner had a meeting with us to help with things beyond his company's duties.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
I think I would like to have more input on prospects' emails throughout the initiative, not just at the beginning (though Im pretty sure I can ask for that). I would also like to have a bit more control of the meeting set up procedures.

We work in a very niche space within the healthcare industry which requires a very precise way of handling outreach and sharing value proposition. We have used services in the past that provided no real leads and led us to waste a lot of resources.

We looked at Clutch.co reviews and decided to speak with them and see if they could alleviate our problem.

This was purely outbound lead generation through e-mail and linked in. They focused in on clients that fit specific criteria that we outlined and they researched and handled the rest.

2 - Yuriy B. who is a phenomenal account manager. Always responsive and looking to optimize the campaign. Kateryna Y. who is the lead on communicating and setting up appointments. She does a wonderful job of sharing our value proposition and qualifying leads before setting up the appointment.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Yes - we have received several high quality leads that can potentially turn into business. While we would of course like more leads, it is the quality of these leads that makes it worthwhile.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Excellent - we have weekly meetings where we discuss current situations and challenges. I get all my reports in real-time through Google Dashboard. They make themselves available at all times through Slack as well.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I appreciate their creativity in approaching the campaign and their willingness to try different methods rather than waste time. Yuriy was able to identify that our original plan was not working based on his experience and we were able to pivot quickly and see the results.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I would say they beat expectations given our previous experiences with lead generation companies.
