We were offered 15 meetings over a 3 month period. However we barely got 5 overall. After the first month and a half they ran out of target customers and started sending emails to any kind of prospects that were not our target, of course they could not book any meetings that way.

The workflow was ok, I would have expected to actually get better visibility/decision on who they decided to send emails to.

Nothing unique, just another outbound marketing company over promising

They should have come forward to us with the fact they could not complete the campaign as initially agreed upon. Instead they pretended everything was ok while sending emails to non-target audience and not booking any more meetings, just to make us pay the full price of the contract. Very questionable work ethics.
