I'm CEO and Co-Founder at Jiffsy. We build a no-code frontend platform for e-commerce with AI recommendations to launch an engaging storefront in a few clicks and increase sales by 20%.

Like any business, we want to develop and have more customers. So we turned to Belkins and chose an Appointment Setting service.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We've heard a lot of good things about Belkins for a long time. Therefore, when we were faced with the task of choosing a marketing agency, we immediately decided to find more information about Belkins. We contacted them to clarify some details and started working together.

For lead gen, we chose the Sales Growth package that promised us 15 meetings in 3 months. During lead generation, the guys used the standard referral approach, and it immediately brought good results, so we did not have to test much or make adjustments. I want to point out that our work began in January, and in the first month and a half, we booked 7 appointments. But, at that moment, the war began in Ukraine, and for a certain time, we could not continue our work. Fortunately, after the break, we returned to Belkins, and they booked us 13 more appointments.

We were supported by an account manager and a sales development representative.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Even though our cooperation happened during the crisis period, the guys from Belkins were able to book us 20 appointments. And this is even more than we expected. In addition, we managed to close several deals due to their work.

We had weekly calls, a real-time dashboard, and Slack channel for instant communication.

Belkins' skills and efforts were top-notch. At the beginning of our partnership, our open rate was 58%, and the reply rate was almost 15%. Sure thing, after the start of the war, these metrics dropped a little, but this did not prevent Belkins from achieving an excellent result for our company.

Everything was great; there was nothing to improve.

We started working with Belkins in order to make our scale-up more known and find those that are ready to embark on the Personalization journey with us and cooperate on an ongoing basis.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We found Belkins by accident and were very skeptical about them because our experience with the previous vendor was bad. But still decided to give it a try.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We started our work in November and decided to cooperate for a month so that we could evaluate the quality of Belkins's work. During this time, they gave us 5-6 appointments. Both the result and the process of work impressed us, and we continued our collaboration. At the moment, we have already booked 45 calls with e-commerce stores and Shopify. At first, we worked with the USA and Canada, but recently, we have targeted both Europe and Australia. The number of appointments continues to grow, and we are very pleased with this and plan to work with Belkins in the future.

Having not had a very successful experience with the previous vendor, we were worried and skeptical. But the guys from Belkins immediately showed their best side; they were polite and responsible. The work process goes very well — we understand each other in every aspect.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I noted the fact that the Belkins team was able to inspire the maximum confidence in our team. Therefore, now we are not doubtful about outsourcing everything to the outbound team and completely switching to working with Belkins. We decided to entrust the marketing part to them.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
My only regret is that we haven't found Belkins earlier. I am completely satisfied with their work.

They communicate effectively with us on a regular basis and provide thorough details when scheduling meetings on our behalf.

We're impressed with their willingness to do a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for us. Often times, getting a foot in the door and a meeting on the calendar is the most difficult part of the sales process. Belkins has allowed us not to worry about that and focus on additional business priorities.
