The response rate on the email campaign was much higher than expected and they were able to book 30 appointments within just 3 months, which we think is quite remarkable. I was also impressed that the Belkins team made the time difference between our locations a non-issue. Specifically when it came to some of the wording of the email templates used to reach out to potential leads, some (minor) edits had to be made by our company so the emails read as if they were written by a native-English speaker (since Belkins is in Ukraine). However, overall we were pleased with their services.
