Belkins had to learn our ICP, find potential customers, and schedule meetings using cold outreach. In addition, they ran quite specific campaigns as we targeted university professors. Belkins reps booked 80 meetings for 7 months of work, which was very satisfying for us. We achieved such good results because the open rate of our cold email campaigns was more than 61%, and each fourth recipient replied to us. Also, Belkins reps handled our inbound requests from the HubSpot software.

Specifically when it came to some of the wording of the email templates used to reach out to potential leads, some (minor) edits had to be made by our company so the emails read as if they were written by a native-English speaker (since Belkins is in Ukraine). However, overall we were pleased with their services.
