Experience:

We started using Go Answer to avoid missing any calls. If the call is really important we can call back within a justified time. We don't lose any customers and have gained others in the long run. An answering service is the best thing you can get to keep your business stable and running smoothly. They have great plans and pricing. We try and use all features we can to benefit from their services. They have an array of different features, depending on what you’re looking for. The plans start as low as $50 and $95 for any additional minutes that are needed. My business has a bigger plan. All the plans can be affordable depending on what is needed for your company. It actually has performed well and gives us peace of mind when we aren't available. It's really important to find out what your needs are. They can also schedule follow up calls and take messages. They can also send help to your company, if needed. They have training that benefits the customer a lot during a disaster recovery. Their main objective is to take care of your business and to go above and beyond customer service.

Pros:

I think that without Go Answer you would lose business and you wouldn't gain any prospects. Go Answer can earn those customers back. They have great customer service skills. You know your business is really going to flourish and go places that others wouldn't go. They have the experience to back you up and can handle your biggest needs and benefit from the knowledge they have to make your business take off .

Cons:

I think that everything that Go Answer gives you stands out and stands right by the customers. It has given them a lasting impression reaching out to new customers. It tells me that you have a great team working for your business, helping it be better.

This is a great service for any service with a high call volume.

Experience:

The call volume we were receiving could not be handled by the staff. Call wait times were ridiculous and there was constantly a very large queue. This was very stressful and challenging for the representatives, so we decided to try Go Answer. There is now usually never a queue and all the representatives are much happier. We use email responses, live call, live chat features. It has been fantastic.

Pros:

It relieves the pressure on the representatives and has basically solved the problem of always being in queue.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing thus far.

It's solid for a mid-tier employer. Well setup and user interface is very simple to use.

Very intuitive setup. Well thought out training, customer service and technical support have been top notch. I do wish for quicker responses when solicited. Overall the call quality and setup have been very valuable to allow our business to operate more efficiently down to a micro sense. We use auto dial, auto voicemail, and rerouting. Well above standards we have experienced previously with another brand we had used.
