Over the last year Uptown Creation has been able to book an average of 8 meetings per month per LinkedIn account. This has resulted in more than 80 new meetings. The meetings had above a 95% show rate and were highly qualified. We closed new revenue on about 20% of the meetings they set for us. We've generated more than a 5X ROI on our total investment.

Their team is extremely timely and professional. At first they focused on how to get results with our campaign. It took about 2 months to start generating 8 meetings per month consistently, but the ramp up period was communicated well. We also had some really great calls in the first 2 months, just at a lower volume. The learnings from that time helped us adjust messaging in our email campaigns too.

Their knowledge of LinkedIn is unmatched. We've worked with outsourced SDR/BDR companies in the past who would do LinkedIn, Email, and Cold Calling. The outsourced SDR companies we're doing a lot of bad practices on LinkedIn. It's now extremely clear that LinkedIn is more nuanced than any other outreach platform and it's worth hiring experts for it. If you want LinkedIn to work for you to generate new revenue, then hire Uptown.

We are averaging 6-8 meetings booked per month, which is right in the range they initially quoted us on. Things started out a little bit slower, but by the 3rd iteration of the message we were seeing some really high value leads enter our pipeline. We've built a really active LinkedIn audience that engages with our content. 
Uptown has actually helped us refine our LinkedIn content strategy to the point where we've gotten a few inbound leads from LinkedIn. Uptown Creation has helped us execute a LinkedIn outreach strategy that actually schedules really high quality meetings with decision makers.

We we're ROI positive after the first 4 months, and have been profitable ever since. Especially since we have a consistent pipeline of connections we are continuing to nurture.

On a monthly basis Uptown Creation has consistently reached or exceeded KPIs. The first month of engagement was slower, but they let us know this would be the case. Although we still booked 4 meetings per rep within the first month. By month 2 we were booking 6-8 meetings consistently per rep. Each LinkedIn account was also growing connections, and we actually had a few inbound leads that mentioned they found us because someone on our sales team had connected with them on LinkedIn. 
I was surprised that the work Uptown Creation did for us actually impacted the whole lead generation process, even outside of LinkedIn. Uptown Creation has been able to grow each of our LinkedIn accounts by about 3000 connections over the 8 months working together so far. In that same timeframe we've spent ~$60,000 to generate over $750,000 in closed revenue. 
Our ROI has been about 12X, which has been great. In terms of meetings booked, we've consistently booked 15+ meetings per month across the 3 reps that are being fully managed by Uptown Creation.

Over the past 5 months they've sent over 4000 connection requests resulting in roughly 1500 new connections with decision makers in our ICP. We've booked an average of 8 meetings per month with a 90% show rate. 

• Increased Connection Acceptance Rate: One of the primary KPIs was an increase in the percentage of connection requests that were accepted by our target audience. In the past we've typically gotten a 10-15% acceptance rate. Through Uptown Creation's Active Targeting they we're above to get that up to a 34% connection acceptance rate, resulting in more than double the monthly LinkedIn leads. 
• Improved Message Response Rates: Before the engagement, our message response rates were around 7% on LinkedIn specifically, which I thought was great. After incorporating Uptown Creation's PSR Messaging we saw that increase to over 20% response rate. A higher response rate indicated that our messaging strategy resonated with our prospects, leading to meaningful conversations and engagement. 
• Lead Generation Growth: The number of high-quality leads generated through the campaign served as a tangible measure of success. These leads, complete with contact details and relevant information, provided opportunities for our sales team to convert prospects into clients. We averaged 8 meetings per month.
