We are a Title and Escrow company. From sales and financing, our staff works closely with clients, providing them with accurate and timely information—ensuring the completion of a successful transaction. My role is to lead our teams success in doing so, and a liason between our partners that assist us to do the same.

We decided to work with Connext because we felt they could be a long term, trusted partner and because of their new approach to outsourcing transaction management and business processing needs.

The project in which Connext is responsible for is confidential, and the management team and staff were helpful and professional every step of the way.

We first started with 5 resources to help with internal processing tasks. After recognizing the strength of the team we expanded to over 20 employees supporting a variety of functions in our business.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We gave Connext our basic job requirements and schedules. The Connext team conducted multiple levels of interviews and sent us highly talented candidates. From there we were able to interview and select candidates that we thought would be a good fit.

We are now able to notify Connext of a resource need and in most cases can have screening, interviews, and placement completed in under 14 days. With their support, we continue to grow our business, and improve client satisfaction. The relationship has been very successful.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Connext takes a lot of pride in making the relationship successful. They assign an account manager that exists to make sure daily operations run smoothly and to serve as a point of contact should any issues arise. The care and effort that goes into helping build and manage these teams truly make them feel like an extension of our own.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The recruiting and management is reliable. Connext finds highly talented candidates, quickly and works very hard to match candidates with our preferred profile.

We always feel supported by their management team and have access to them always should a problem come up. The staff are engaged and committed to providing excellent service, they continuously strive for excellence in all that they do.

We are excited to see Connext continue to grow and support other, similar companies throughout the US.

Simpay-Alpha Card is a payments company providing merchant services for small and medium-sized businesses in North America. I am the Chief Operating Officer.

ConnextGlobal was more on the ball then we were. We had excellent back and forth communication. Again, we followed the lead the showed us.

We were the weak link. Maybe a little more 'what if' scenarios on the IT front, but all things considered, we are mega conservative and just took the slowest and most cautious approach to the IT connection/

brightfin is the leading IT expense management software solution built natively on ServiceNow. I serve as the VP of Strategy and am responsible for items related to our global operating structure, which is how our partnership with Connext was established.

We leveraged Connext as a way to rapidly expand our global footprint in a new geography without the time or expense of establishing a legal entity ourselves.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

Connext was the top partner we found out of ~10 groups we spoke with. Key factors included cost, expertise in hiring for the various roles we sought to fill, and a perceived desire to form a longer-term partnership vs. a one-time transaction.

We began working with Connext approximately 7 months ago; they assessed our needs, provided recommended approaches to bringing on talent, and orchestrated all interview processes. They have also continued to be supportive post-hire through ongoing performance management.

Approximately five individuals worked with us ranging from CEO to account manager and onboarding manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Connext was able to allow us to diversify the geographies we operated in extremely rapidly, standing up a core team in under 1 month and expanding from there 5-fold over the following 6 months across a wide variety of roles (client support, development, and everything in between).

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Highly effective – Connext set up touchpoints at the degree of frequency we required (up to daily) and had a regular exchange of emails to ensure we were not losing cycles due to time zone differences. Initially they also worked with our internal recruiting team to understand the types of candidate profiles we typically looked for to more rapidly target individuals who might be a good fit.

Connext has truly listened to our needs across roles and has adjusted their recruiting outreach methodology as required to help us. It is clear that they see our long-term success as an extension of their own.
