5.0 Jan 28, 2020Of all of our tickets that came in, we found we had five huge categories that calls fell into over and over. Now that they've experienced most of the different calls we receive, they have the ability to actually categorize these things and take off in the right direction was there. We are speculating that they will be on the phone less time this Easter given that they have this way of attacking it and have learned how to do it more effectively.
