Recruiting for IT Services
5.0 Jul 17, 2024Successfully recruited for 12 of 13 open positions. Were honest with us that they were not confident they could fill the one position - which would have been a difficult hire. Their rates are 1/2 the traditional recruiting firm rates, allowing us to stay well within hiring budgets. If a candidate did not work out within the first 30 days, they immediately found a replacement at no cost. Roughly, 70 - 75% of the candidates submitted to us remain under consideration for the position after our interview process is complete, allowing us to pick the best candidate from the group. We started using #TwiceAsNice because of the price, but we have stayed with them because of their results and the excellent service they have shown us.
