A craft ale lover, for instance, may have received an offer for a limited edition brew. An added level of customer connection was achieved through their automated Email & SMS Marketing system, dispatching communications on time and with promotions relevant to the customer. A resounding success took place during the winter menu launch at an out-of-the-way country pub, where personalized invitations lured back past patrons while also enticing first-time guests, packing the dining room and creating a buzz around the new offerings.

They have always worked on time and on budget and most of their estimations were fairly accurate which is often times hard to do!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Great communication and easy to follow process for all the stakeholders throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They're honest and direct. If something can't be done, they will not over commit just to disappoint. I have found this to be a great trait to have when you're looking for a partner and have big deadlines and large budgets on the line.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It would help if they had a platform to review all the resources they have available instead of going back and worth with resumes.
