The measurable outcomes from the project were evident in the overwhelmingly positive feedback we received from our gym members. The new mobile apps have significantly improved our member engagement and retention, with a significant increase in class attendance and a higher rate of member satisfaction.

We are now 3.9/5 stars on the App Store and we haven't fully started marketing which is a great start for us.

Communication is always good. Their replies are made at the earliest convenience and to the point. There’s never been a missed milestone by them. They also fix all errors which occur in such acts. 

Just recently, there was an out of hours job done by them to complete it. That was so important and fruitful for both sides I think.

The only challenge we faced was when our assigned engineer left the team, but that was out of Thirstysprout's control. They did a good job of replacing that engineer with another competent professional, so it ended up being a minimal issue for us.
