ThirstySprout built multimodal ingestion pipelines. They used advanced OCR and large language models to process scanned multi-page documents. They set up an internal RAG system containing ICC UCP 600 guidelines. They built cross-document reconciliation logic to verify product descriptions, amounts, and dates between invoices and LCs. They designed a visual alert interface within our 360tf BankSecure platform. The interface highlights discrepancies to operational teams in plain text. The system is purely advisory. Final financial approvals remain manual. Partner bank backend systems were explicitly out of scope.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes. Transaction processing time dropped from 2.5 days to 45 seconds on average. The system achieved 94% accuracy on discrepancy detection across 500 test documents. Discrepancy rejection rates from partner banks decreased by 62% during the pilot phase.

We deployed four functional modules. The first module is a proposal assistant. It references past bids, chemical reports, and product specifications. The system drafts responses for wholesale buyers instantly. The second module links traceability data to text generation. It produces origin narratives for individual vanilla batches. The third module localizes content across languages. It converts our bi-monthly market reports into LinkedIn posts, emails, and summaries. The fourth module monitors global import regulations. It alerts our France and Madagascar operations teams to critical changes. We excluded financial transactions and agronomic decisions from the scope. Unsupervised client communications were also out of scope. Proprietary formulas and customer order logs remained isolated from public models.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Proposal turnaround dropped from 4.5 days to 4.5 hours. Compliance scanning accuracy reached 95%. The system generated 45 batch narratives within the first month. Manual compliance work decreased by 78%.

How many teammates from ThirstySprout were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

ThirstySprout built four core components. First, a multi-language AI bot for Tier-1 support. This handles 2FA resets, KYC steps, and platform navigation. Second, an internal support co-pilot dashboard. This drafts replies for agents and pulls data from internal wikis. Third, a personalized content engine. This rewrites market data into localized emails, push notifications, and social posts. Fourth, a private regulatory knowledge base. This is a sandbox LLM trained on Finnish Vero tax guidelines and MiCA frameworks.

Critical out-of-scope items included automated asset management, unsupervised financial advice, direct database writes, and public cloud processing of sensitive PII. The AI operates on a read-only basis for user profiles. All regulatory explanations include fixed, compliant disclaimers.

The team used Python, LangChain, and Azure OpenAI services. They implemented strict data masking for any information processed through public APIs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Tier-1 ticket volume dropped by 42% within the first six weeks. Average agent response time decreased from 8 minutes to 2.3 minutes. User retention among the pilot group increased by 18% over three months. The AI achieved 94% accuracy on standard compliance queries based on Vero guidelines.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Workflow was structured and predictable. ThirstySprout used Jira for sprint planning. We held a 45-minute standup call every Tuesday and Thursday. They provided a written progress summary every Friday. We resolved security-related concerns within 12 hours on average.

What was your primary form of communication with ThirstySprout?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their approach to regulatory compliance was rigorous. They refused to compromise on data isolation. They implemented granular permission controls for every data source. They also delivered a comprehensive audit trail for all AI-generated responses.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ThirstySprout could have done differently?

Yes. The initial Finnish language model required additional fine-tuning. The first iteration produced grammatically correct but overly formal translations. ThirstySprout resolved this after two weeks of additional training. They could improve by allocating more time for language-specific model optimization in the initial planning phase.
