They created a user-friendly interface that fits seamlessly with our existing platform, ensuring customers can modify or pause their subscriptions as needed.

Also, ThirstySprout implemented automated billing and notification features, keeping customers informed about their deliveries. The solution was built to scale as our customer base grows, with a backend dashboard for us to efficiently manage subscriptions and analyze data. Their work has greatly enhanced customer convenience and supported our sustainability efforts.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the first few months, we noticed that about 25% of new customers chose to sign up for recurring deliveries, which helped us build stronger, long-term relationships with them. This also led to a steady increase in our monthly revenue, making it easier for us to plan ahead.

We also saw that customers were ordering more per transaction, as many started bundling multiple babycare products in their subscriptions. And with the flexibility to pause or adjust their subscriptions, fewer people were canceling, which meant we could keep more families on board.
