We had one disagreement over a difference in what was promised and what they delivered. That call was relatively simple as they did an excellent job of emailing and categorizing everything in JIRA. Once I pointed out the issue, they agreed and started working on it within the hour. This small deviation was caused by a number of things that they didn’t have too much control over, but they took responsibility and communicated a precise method of resolution... They worked within the budget and it ended up being cheaper than the original estimate. I never felt like they were charging us for anything unnecessary. I was impressed with how they recognized a mistake and fixed the problem for free. Other companies might not have done that considering we already paid them. They didn't have a financial incentive to fix the issue... However, the developers of Camber Creative are really good about honesty and integrity.
