I’m the IT director of automotive for an automobile services company. We’re dealers of multiple brands such as General Motors, Ford, Cadillac, Honda, and more. We have various support businesses focused on the automotive industry such as quick-service chains.
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We needed help to develop a B2C mobile app. We didn’t have any web or mobile solutions that customers could use to look at our portfolio or access various services such as a booking system. We had a legacy system that wasn’t very usable. It had limitations that we wanted to address with a partner.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed our iOS and Android app. It was a B2C mobile application covering sales and after-sales. They developed everything from the UI, design integration, developing, testing, and deployment for about six of our brands. It was a collaboration between their staff and several of our teams to research ideal app functionalities for our end product.

It was a hybrid project with onshore and offshore resources. There were two teammates on-site and about 8–10 people working offshore.

Their work quality was pretty high, especially their design deliverables. They were generally on time but took a little longer than expected in the original estimate. This is the first app within our country and peer group with this set of functionalities.

Project management was above average. We had our own tools that we used. We used Teamwork to track progress.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The cost-value ratio is good. The range and quality of services we received were very affordable.

Most things are good. We’ve done multiple projects after that because they deliver good quality.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Scope out the project and engage on the design up front. Split up the project into design followed by execution. That way you can have a very detailed scope in place without much ambiguity in the project.

I’m the operations manager for NMR Consulting. We do a lot of contract work with the federal government.
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We were trying to set up an order entry system that would support one of our business efforts. Given our short time frame, we decided it would be better to solicit another company to build the system based on our requirements rather than completing it in-house.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We needed to build an ordering system using SharePoint. We had very specific criteria, such as how we wanted to price and track our products.
Initially, we spent a few weeks working with Brainvire Infotech Inc to solidify our requirements documentation and ensure that they understood everything we were looking for.
Then they spent ten weeks in development. We set up an instance for them to develop it in the cloud so they didn’t have to migrate it from their system to our system.

After solidifying the contract, they began working on the project in August and finished in December 2020.

They developed the platform within the given timeframe so we were able to release everything on time. Additionally, the quality of their work is very good. We needed to make two minor changes, but they implemented them quickly and it worked out very well. The solution works exactly as we hoped and includes features that we hadn’t even thought about.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
Brainvire Infotech Inc’s team was very proactive and asked a lot of questions up-front. As they developed a plan on their side, they reached out to us for feedback.
We were constantly in contact with our customer service representative, who provided periodic updates. He was very organized and worked well with the rest of the team. He also articulated how the project was going. Everything went according to plan and they communicated very well. We typically communicated via email, but we also set up conference calls when needed.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were like an extension of our company. That’s how good their communication and feedback was.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There was only one instance when things didn’t run smoothly. At the time, we couldn’t contact our customer service representative, and so we were working directly with someone else. It created a small scheduling issue. However, whenever we worked with the team directly, things went well.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Anybody working with an outsource partner needs to communicate with them. They should articulate their requirements, answer their partner’s, and ask questions themselves.

I am the owner and president of a magazine publishing company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire?
We were looking to consolidate four different websites across three different platforms into one site.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainvire consolidated our different websites into one Magento platform. They successfully created one platform with a shared back-end, login, products, and stories but separate branding.
We also took this opportunity to increase the site’s efficiency and improve our opportunity for sales, customer service, and marketing.
What is the team composition?
I worked directly with four members of the Brainvire team, including a project manager and lead developer.
How did you come to work with Brainvire?
I put a post up on a job board and received about 15 proposals. I spoke with all of them but narrowed it down to Brainvire based on their willingness to put in work.
They dedicated many hours to developing a proposal and answering my questions before I even paid them one cent, which I found impressive. They were very considerate about making sure my concerns were met upfront. By the time we began the project, I had plenty of confidence in their abilities.

Our engagement with Brainvire ran from June – September 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We are definitely seeing increased sales through our websites, which is a direct result of our collaboration with Brainvire. We have seen about a 25% increase in sales so far as well as increased phone calls with serious inquiries and fewer calls about how to operate the website. IT has also decreased the amount of time my staff has to spend on the website.
How did Brainvire perform from a project management standpoint?
They did a great job managing the project. I was active throughout the process and held them accountable for deadlines. Brainvire has a transparent team and is eager to please.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re most interested in long-term customers and relationships. They prioritize these relationships over billable hours and seem to have a real interest in how my business is doing. They’re willing to put the time in to create a long term investment in their clients’ businesses.
I’ve also spoken with their CEO directly. I haven’t seen that level of involvement in many other companies.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We had some minor difficulties with the time zone differences and communication, but everything was solvable. They do a great job and I never had any major concerns about them.

Schedule regular meetings with them to keep the project on track.

I’m the owner of a health startup. Initially, I was focused on independent health coaching but later decided to create a hiking app for kids.

They started by breaking the app into four separate project phases: analysis and design, technical development, testing, and launch. The product is an application that targets parents and provides them with information about private schools in the country, which allows them to pick a suitable school for their children.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The frontend developers from the Brainvire team delivered the UI for the frontend pages of the application. It’s a mobile application for both iOS and Android.
What is the team composition?
Brainvire assigned us two frontend developers who we worked with directly. We sometimes worked with a supervisor, and he managed the agreement, the proposal, and other related tasks.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
I searched online for companies that could provide us with frontend development and who specialized in React. I found Brainvire and looked at their profile, and after comparing them with another company, I chose them because they were different.

I’m the country manager at Lee Mill Pvt. Ltd., a one-of-a-kind luxury business in India.
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech?
One of our challenges was having to work from home. We needed to understand how the business could continue. Our system was really outdated with a lot of manual work. We wanted to upgrade or get a better system.
We looked around for a couple of options. We went to them with a few things in mind because we use a home shopping model, which means that clients don’t come to our store.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We generally share videos with customers of what we have in our store, pack it up, and send it to them. If there are pieces going out from my system, I need to know who it’s going to, when it went, and when it is coming back.
Brainvire Infotech built a system that does that for me. I also needed one system to handle my stock, my sales, my CRM, and my inventory. The system we had didn’t support all these functionalities.
I needed my information to be handy to where I could be anywhere in the world and should be able to access it. They used Odoo to build the system.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Brainvire Infotech was able to deliver what I wanted. I can access my entire system and see my sales and my stock, and I don’t have to depend on anybody to send me that report. We’ve taken the entire project on and will be finishing it up in the next few months.
We’re done with phase one of our business setup and should be live by early next week. Everybody will use it. It’s been an easy takeover. I did look at other ERPs that were offered in India but this one was by far the most international one and extremely user-friendly.
I don’t see any issues in the upcoming future with this system. I feel very positive about it. I can’t imagine anyone will have any issues. I asked them if they could set up a user manual in terms of a video guide for the team and they happily agreed to it.
How did Brainvire Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?
The team was really on top of their deadlines. There was constant communication from their end. If they updated something, they told us what they did and wanted us to see it before they moved forward. They kept working at it until we were absolutely satisfied.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Brainvire Infotech was very professional in their approach. They were confident in the system they pitched to us. There was never a moment of doubt in which I felt unsure or that I was being tricked into having that system. They’re really good at selling their product and understanding our needs.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s room for growth for them in being more clear when they’re signing on with somebody in terms of what their scope of work is. For example, there was a certain part of the project that I had agreed upon in the beginning.
However, we were on two different pages about it. It was a very small thing compared to what they gave us. Brainvire Infotech should go into a little bit more detail about what the customer wants.

Be clear and honest about what you’re looking for. If you have a smaller budget or you want certain things, it’s best to be crystal clear. Have a meeting a couple of times before you sign on with them.

It was web solution for our B2B customers and additional mobile application for our internal users.

Inventory loss decreased by 40%, my B2B partners got information in seconds which previously was taking days so it is saving their time and ultimately increased in sales.

We manufacture steel dampers for the HVAC industry. I’m the CEO of the company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
Our company had quite a few issues on the production floor, including inventory management and accounting. We were growing and needed to automate quite a few things. We needed someone to design a system for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The technical requirements were done by my IT consultant along with Brainvire. The platform was intended mainly for inventory management and accounting. Brainvire developed the complete package for us. They consulted us on the best way to build it, and we went with that. The platform was developed in Odoo.
What is the team composition?
My IT consultant was in constant touch with two people from Brainvire: a business analyst and a project manager.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We were initially looking at developing it through the IT consultant we were using. We’re a three-year-old company, and we can’t afford a big in-house team. My consultant discussed all issues with Brainvire and reported to me.
They were initially recommended by someone who’d worked with them on a few projects and had a good experience. Their pricing wasn’t bad, and they gave us the ability to work in installments. They showed us a few projects they’d done in the past, and we were confident to go ahead with Brainvire.

The total cost was $150,000–$200,000.

We started working with Brainvire in December 2019 or January 2020, and the platform was implemented in June 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our goal was to increase production efficiency. We’d had some issues ensuring material availability, and we always ended up ordering in a rush and paying more. Our efficiency has gone up by 40–50%, and inventory management is working well. We have sufficient raw materials on the floor now. We have 60–70 parts to manage, and we have no problems making them available to people in different departments. Implementing this software has eliminated a lot of our issues, and it was good value for money.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
They kept regular communication with the people on my team, and they were courteous and happy to help. We asked them for multiple changes, and they were accommodating of those. I’d recommend Brainvire to anyone.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I can’t compare them to other providers, but the communication was good, and they met all of our requirements. As far as I’m concerned, that’s all that matters.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I would need to ask my IT consultant about that. In terms of my communication with Brainvire and the work they’ve done, I’m fully satisfied.

If the client explains to them what the needs are, Brainvire will come back with suggestions. They have a lot of experience in the manufacturing industry.

Brainvire’s ecommerce development team conducted a thorough analysis of our brand and audience. They created a Magento 2 ecommerce store with functionalities like third-party integrations. The ecommerce store has a fully responsive design that can be used on different devices. It eases category management and supports multiple product images with detailed product descriptions.
The store can manage several promotional and holiday discounts and schemes. The promotions are based on consumer data and website metrics. Brainvire’s team built the Magento store with a complete order management function that allows us to track order status in terms of packaging, loading, and delivery in real-time with ERP integration.
My store was connected to marketplaces like eBay, Etsy, and Amazon. They also added multilingual features to cater to a global audience. Additionally, they gave us a one-step checkout process, easy navigation for conversions.

Brainvire’s team completed our project right on time without any problems throughout the journey. The management and development teams are efficient and hardworking. They didn’t work with us as an agency but as our partners. They take deadlines very seriously and never fail to deliver. We are very happy so far working with their team.
Are there any areas for improvement?
It would have been great to see some Native people managing the project, but again we're really happy to see everything achieved at a pretty good cost.
