I sent several enquiries to local Odoo Partners. Brainvire was first of all the quickest to respond, & I appreciated the fact that we had a a Zoom meet 48 hours only after I sent the enquiry. In addition to fast response, deciding factors were Technical Capability, and they did fit in my budget.

We had to adapt all the Sales Administration, from customer order entry, supplier purchase Order management, stock allocation, deliveries, invoicing, back order management and report generation.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since I was operating manually before, the first measurable outcome was a much shorter process, and the end of mistakes, plus the fact that I was always able to know immediately where I was in term of deliveries / back orders without having to manually manipulate files.

I found the team to be very responsive overall, never governed by the clock. It is not uncommon to receive messages after normal working hours, and they had a sense of urgency when required. We made extensive use of Azure, Zoom meet, and their capability to work remotely is excellent.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I think that they really took the time to comprehensively understand how I was working before proposing a solution. The Project Manager was technically very capable, knows Odoo perfectly, and the level of customization that I have now exceeded my expectations.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The only suggestion I would have would be to have a better advance understanding of the duration / costs of certain development. It was also my fault since I did not always ask, but I think that every task that is confirmed should have a projected time completion target, even if we are caught by the urgency.

Brainvire’s work ethic distinguishes them from other companies. They’re very upfront and honest about their work, and we truly feel like they’re trying to help us.

The only issue we’ve had with Brainvire is with their writing. Because Indian English and American English differ, sometimes their blogs have had issues with grammar, or the content hasn’t been consistent with the product.
However, we work together, and they don’t post anything until we approve it. Thus, we’ve been able to correct those mistakes, and they’ve been very good at following our direction. We’re experts on our product, and they’re experts on SEO, so we collaborate and share knowledge, which is the most important thing in the end.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Communication is key. Initially, we had connection issues with the platforms we used, but once we moved to Google Meet and experienced clearer video conferencing, we were able to move faster. Don’t be afraid to communicate with them and find the best channel to do so.
Additionally, you need to be patient. In the beginning, they need to learn about your business and see what works and what doesn’t. Therefore, you have to give it 3–6 months before you see real results. Furthermore, provide them with the resources and information they’ll need, don’t expect them to do all the work, and don’t be afraid to ask questions.

The team consistently met the deadlines mutually agreed upon.

They had everything divided into phases, which involved creating the overall digital strategy, objective setting, and plan. The planning phase ensured that the digital communications were aligned with the business and marketing strategy.

What I loved the most about Brainvire was that everything was planned in advance, and my team used to receive a weekly plan of action in advance. We don't have any specific measurables but we have around 20 000 visitors monthly and receive great feedback. The team is very driven and come up with great ideas for solutions and potential improvements. They also seem to work great together and collaborate well!

we have had a great team leader who is leading the project, but we have great communication with everyone within the team and can easily just ask for a meeting with anyone when needed. They communicate clearly in terms of expected time to deliver specific tasks, let us know if things are taking extra time and why, and are good at updating us with progress and/or concern during our stand-ups
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Don't have much to compare with but all in all they can be trusted, are very honest and take feedback very well. They are very easy to work with, and I feel like they are a part of our team.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Only small things every now and then that comes with any project and has to do with communicating remotely and with different cultures and expecations. It's never business critical things but any project has room for improvement and that goes for our part as well.
