I strongly advise against working with Konstant Infosolutions, an app development company based in Rajasthan, India. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. What was initially projected to be a six-month project dragged on for over two and a half years.

Throughout this time, it became evident that their team lacked the expertise and understanding necessary to deliver the project. Despite providing detailed screenshots and step-by-step instructions, I found myself constantly having to explain the deliverables. Resolving one issue consistently led to the creation of multiple new problems, making the entire process exhausting and unproductive.

Upon delivery, the app was incapable of handling even minimal user traffic, crashing with as few as two or three users. After investing nearly $20,000, I was left with a substandard product that failed to meet even the most basic requirements. I spent countless late nights troubleshooting with their team, but progress was minimal.

The company’s owner was unresponsive and dismissive, ignoring messages and failing to address the persistent issues. The lack of post-sales support was appalling, in stark contrast to the lofty promises made during the initial sales process.

I firmly believe many of the positive reviews about this company are misleading or fabricated, as their grasp of app development fundamentals is severely lacking. If you value your time, energy, and resources, I strongly recommend seeking a reputable app development company. Always request references and verify their past work by speaking directly with previous clients.

I am currently preparing a case study to highlight my experience with Konstant and report them to the appropriate authorities. This is the second time I have encountered such unprofessionalism in the app development industry in India, and I hope my experience serves as a warning to others to avoid similar setbacks.

Measurable outcomes for the project entailed meeting certain guidelines and or criteria as defined within the general scope of work.Some of the measureables included ensuring that we have a UI / UX built out by a certain date. After that milestone, additoinal measurables reflecting progress included functionality and effective use of certain portions of the platform being built.

In general, there were some delays with the deliverables but nothing too obscene. Our company had factored in delays and work-order changes. Above all, the most important factor for our comapny was ensuring that the scope of work we had agreed upon was coming to life and that the vendor we are using is amenable to necessary changes. Konstant Solutions demonstrated to our company that they understand our vision and were eager to work with us to ensure it came to life.

Although our project did take a bit longer than we had initially thought for it to come to life, ultimately, our vision was realized and we are happy. Initially the development was setup in stages with new features from the original pitch being added during each stage. Afterwards, the app went through a series of bug fixes and tweaks until it was ready for deployment.

Despite several delays, including working through Covid, Konstant continued to work with me at getting the application to full functionality. They would respond in a timely manner and would deliver items in a reasonable time.

I admire that when there were issues with the product, they would work to correct them. They also were helpful in assisting with additional/external problems that would arise along the way during development.

I did find that after presenting Konstant Infosolutions with a known issue/bug/error, it would not always be corrected in the following version and therefore I would need to reiterate the problem once again. These were mostly small issues stemming from things like spelling or grammer issues that were initially presented in the initial app mockup.

Konstant Infosolutions was supposed to develop a platform for us where people could network, respond to job vacancies, and create their CVs. An all-in-one job board with many features. This was meant to be a web and app application. The development took over 2 years. 

Finally, after 2 years, when we wanted to go online, it was shocking to discover that the development was so poor. We were never allowed to see the backend because they wouldn't provide the source code until the development was complete. The backend development was so bad that external developers have stated that the platform needs to be rebuilt from scratch. We have paid Constant Infosolutions a total of 225.000 USD (225K)! This company is a SCAM! 

I would advise everyone not to get any development work done by them! This company relies on junior developers and doesn't care about you or your company; the owners are only interested in making money. We are now in the process of trying to get our money back because this is unacceptable!

Everything was bad, nothing is so far on time deliverd, they are doing very poor work! And dont't believe on the staging server what they are showing.

Nothing, nobody with experience, they are working with very junior developers. No expertise in house, just lies!

Nobody should work with them! ANd if you are going to work with this company, then you should check their work on the backend and frontend on weekly base! They are doing very and very poor work. You can only see it at the end of the development when you get the source code and an external developer will do a code review. They are doing too bad work! We were shocked when we got the source code and saw how bad the development was. 

We paid 225K USD and they wasted our 2 years and all the money. We could not use the platform, because it was so bad developt on the backend side and it could not even handle 10 users a day! This company is a huge SCAM, please do not work with them!

We approached some different company in the start, but Siddhartha was the reason that we took the offer in Konstant. I appreciate the support and proactive assistance provided by Siddhartha during the initial phase of the project. His dedication to idea generation and constant availability for consultation and understanding was commendable. He consistently offered innovative suggestions and demonstrated a willingness to assist.

I also want to give a shout-out to Niharika, who joined the project later in the designing stage and really took things to the next level. She was an absolute rockstar! The Konstant team know what they are doing, and they have their client's interest at heart. They constantly go above and beyond the scope of the project specs and strive to deliver the highest quality work for their clients, which was a rare experience for us in this kind of setting. 

It was more than a few occasions that we found ourselves pleasantly surprised by the features they put in that we did not explicitly specify in the scope doc. The same goes for both the project manager/consultant and the developers. In addition, the Konstant Infosolutions team is extremely patient, and are always willing to work with us to find the most viable path forward, even in some seemingly unattainable situations.

As we are planning to continue working with the Konstant team on what future projects we may have, I would recommend that the Konstant would adopt an agile project management platform.

• As a final product, the application looks amazing! it is available for both android as well as iOS devices. The application came out just how I imagined along with many other great features along the way that really enhanced user experience. Working with Raunak and the Konstant Infosolutions team was great. They were able to make communication between the United States and India easy.

Communication and education were extreme key factors in our journey. Raunak and the rest of the team were able to have efficient communication the entire way. From there I did further research into the company and what impressed me was there hard work and dedication, their team, company values, as well as their previous projects and clients.

I was looking for a company who could not only delivery on my detailed requirements for a good price, but also provide good technical expertise. Konstant delivered on both fronts. They were able to deliver a design based on my specification but also push back with sound technical advice when requirements didn't make sense from a user perspective or weren't technically feasible.

We searched online and interviewed a few developer companies. Konstant Info stood out and they really understood our requirements and were able to suggest more efficient solutions as well. We felt that they had the required technical expertise and were invested in our success and this was the deciding for us.

We had a kick off meeting and from there were assigned a Project Manager who was our main point of contact. They developed mockups and wireframes and came back to us with the estimated budget required.

Once agreed on deliverables, they produced a detailed scope of work and release plan for the web marketplace on a PHP framework. Once locked in, they started working through the different releases until the final milestone. They kept us informed throughout the development process and raised technical queries as required.

The web platform delivered is our MVP which will enable us to test the market for our startup.
