Konstant Infosolutions developed the web presence & mobile app from end to end. Becoming a long-term partner, they created everything from wireframes to user flows and continue to work on the project.
Feedback from beta testing has largely been positive. Konstant Infosolutions is a true partner that has contributed to the project scope, improving the outcome of the project. Together, they’ve overcome several challenges in order to deliver a quality product.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the CEO and co-founder of a startup called ExxtraConnect, Inc. which is a referral engine for beauty professionals that connects their clients to various qualified professions.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Konstant Infosolutions?
Initially, we were looking for someone to be our primary development partner when we launched the company. We didn’t want to really invest in the energy that was required to build the application ourselves, and we decided it would be best to bring in a partner to do this.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
When we brought Konstant Infosolutions in, we had a very detailed scope that contained everything that we thought we wanted to do. Over time, we knew we would iteratively refine it.
We had wireframes and all that good stuff that they developed from the scope. Then we created user flows by walking through the logical sequence of how a user would use the application. To ensure that it actually makes sense, we needed the platform to be it would be an optimal throw and pass for users throughout the system.
We had a mutual understanding of what we were expecting to receive from this development. Our process is highly iterative. We have broken things down into phases, and we are completing phase one right now. We will then move onto phase two.
What is the team composition?
My primary interface is an amazing business analyst.
How did you come to work with Konstant Infosolutions?
We wanted a partner who had the ability to work with us on the scope from end to end.
We found Konstant Infosolutions via Clutch. We did a pretty extensive analysis of about seven companies. During our assessment, we rated these companies based on a predetermined criterion, and fortunately, we now have a really good partner in Konstant Infosolutions.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent between $30,000–$40,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with them in January 2018, and the work is still ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It has been a pretty nice journey. Our official launch has been delayed because of COVID-19. We are still in the cycle, but the feedback we have received from our beta testing users has been phenomenal. They’ve said that it looks really good as it relates to the application and how you navigate through it. That is a kudos to the work and development that Konstant Infosolutions has done.
We also have data from our beta testers that say they really like the thought process of the business idea of why we brought the application to life. That coupled with how it works and flows shows that we are going to have a significant level of users when we get out of this COVID-19 situation and get into our marketing, PR, and promotion phase.
How did Konstant Infosolutions perform from a project management standpoint?
We made a really good decision in hiring them is because they partnered with us on the scope. We did this together. It’s unique because we didn’t just come to the table with a scope and told them to build this for us; we actually partnered with them. They’re not a service provider to us; they really are the development arm to our company.
We go through everything with our business analyst and then once the team either begins to develop or design, if they have any questions based on the artifacts he creates from our discussions, we either get on a call or do an instant message chat and talk and walk through it.
There are always some challenges when it comes to managing projects. There is always going to be a level of miscommunication about the timeline or expectations.
With Konstant Infosolutions, we have had those scenarios, but we have overcome them relatively seamlessly.
We may come with an idea, and Konstant Infosolutions is going to challenge it and let us know when they don’t think it would be a good idea like a true partner would. We debate, we talk, we figure things out together and I think that is the benefit and beauty of having a partnership with a company versus just bringing a company on to do a job.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their level of commitment and dedication to the success of the overall effort is their most impressive attribute. It is easy to get caught up in the nuances of the code or a specific feature. Our relationship is really built on a commitment for collective success in the long run and I think that is what is really important. That is what stands out dramatically over a lot of development partners that I have had in the past. Konstant Infosolutions is committed to the long term. They understand what we’re going after and how we are going to go after it together.
Their development team and the level of code and quality of code is another item that is really superior to a lot of players. Other huge development firms don’t produce code that’s as high quality as Konstant Infosolutions.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There is a lot going on across all of our businesses, so we have trade-offs. They can't do everything at the right pace and speed for each client. I think for me, I would say it revolves around how we accelerate in some spaces and areas whether it is the design and even development. It’s the speed at which we can go from understanding to delivery. I wouldn’t say it was something that was concerning.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Know what you want and be committed to what you want as that acts as the first piece. If you are evaluating between multiple parties if you know what you want and you know that your meetings would help in shaping to make it better than this is a superior choice. If you are looking at a partnership model, this is the way to go.
If you are looking for someone to come in and do some work and that be it, I don’t know if Konstant is the partner for you because I haven’t used them like that. Know what you want and know what you need help with. Be honest and transparent with yourself as it relates to what you are trying to accomplish. Be transparent and honest with whomever your partner is for this type of work so that they can give you what they are able and willing to do.

Konstant Infosolutions developed an iOS/Android app and website that connects officials and tournament directors for sporting events. They’ve done some design for the project as well, and provide updates.
Konstant Infosolutions brought excellent ideas to the project and a talented in-house team, resulting in a successful project. The app and website are currently available. Despite the difference in time zones, communication was relatively smooth.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a co-founder of an app.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Konstant Infosolutions?
We just developed an app for officials and tournament directors in order to connect with each other. Since we came up with the idea, they wrote the code and did all the app development work.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We gave them the wireframes and they were able to take the concept and put it into the application. They also developed a website for a way to control one end of the platform. The app is for the referees is on iOS and Android, while the website is for the directors. The app is developed for both iOS and Android.
We gave them ideas on how we wanted it to look and the design elements we wanted to incorporate, then they provided the content and designed some of the icons we needed.
When the new operating systems come out, we need to upgrade the app to be compatible. So we’re always making tweaks to it.
What is the team composition?
We communicated with one project leader, and they had a team that put it together.
How did you come to work with Konstant Infosolutions?
We were working with another company that failed to develop the app. So, I did some more research and found Konstant Infosolutions online. I read a bunch of their reviews online and some of the projects they worked on, so I contacted them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project started in April 2019 and it’s ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Everything they did and the ideas they brought to the project were excellent. Although the app is available, it hasn’t really been launched yet. To really get off the ground, we’re going to need people out there, using this app, and with the COVID-19 outbreak, that isn’t possible at the moment.
How did Konstant Infosolutions perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re in India and we’re in the US, so there was a huge time difference. We Skyped weekly, and it probably took a bit longer because of the time difference, but it still worked out well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have in-house ability to do a bit of everything, both on the app and web development side. We’ve had no problems, or at least, they were able to fix things super quickly. So, they have a lot of in-house talent.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Sometimes we’d go a bit without speaking, but once I sent them an email, they’d respond right away.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a realistic timeframe. Things evolve and are going to change, so consider that when coming up with a timeline.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of a productivity services startup.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Konstant Infosolutions?
I needed to upgrade an application that had a lot of bugs and defects.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They stabilized the product, as it was full of bugs, and made sure that it was compatible with iOS and Android. Moving forward, we plane to work with them to expand features, as well. They also developed web services and a website.
What is the team composition?
At the beginning, there was a salesman. After that, I mainly contacted the project manager. Then, there are a bunch of developers on the team.
How did you come to work with Konstant Infosolutions?
I was researching a company to work with for IT solutions of mobile applications. I had worked with several companies that I was dissatisfied with. Konstant had the flexibility and quality work that met our needs.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $30,000–$40,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in the 4th quarter of 2017, and it is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They helped us bring it to the next level. They helped me upgrade my application, gave me a strategy for UX and quality. Stabilizing the product helped me market more productively, bringing my startup into reality.
How did Konstant Infosolutions perform from a project management standpoint?
It was a great collaboration. We’ve had two different project managers. They have both been very good, meeting requirements and timelines, and distributing tasks. We use Skype and Slack. While I mainly communicate with the project manager, I can contact the developers directly if I need to.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They do good quality work and are flexible in terms of cost and timeline. Compared to other developers I’ve worked with, they’re a better company to collaborate with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve their UI/UX design, graphic design and motion graphic. The beauty of the product didn’t meet my expectations.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make your UI/UX design expectations clear.

Konstant Infosolutions provided mobile app and website development integrated with the client's APIs. They built an Angular-based frontend for the website and a React Native mobile app.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CTO for a marketing and growth partner.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Konstant Infosolutions?
We wanted to outsource development for our website frontend and mobile application. We had Konstant Infosolutions offer outsourced development on aspects that are outside the core of the platform, but they depend on the APIs that we have defined.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They worked on the frontend of an Angular-based website. They also performed work on a React Native-based mobile application.
What is the team composition?
There are two dedicated teams. One works on the website part and the other one works on the mobile application. There are seven people in total. There’s one project manager who was provided to us pro bono by Konstant Infosolutions. He acts as a liaison when there’s an issue that has to be solved. We preferred to communicate directly to the developers, so he hasn’t had that big of a role, but has been very helpful. We had one dedicated QA resource that is working with both development teams.
How did you come to work with Konstant Infosolutions?
I get cold calls and emails from outsourcing companies almost on a daily basis. When we decided to go that route, we made a list of 50 companies that contacted us. We contacted them and started with a thorough and demanding technical review where we did the interviews. From this lengthy process, we built a shortlist of five companies. Of those, we decided to go with Konstant Infosolutions. We chose them because of their technical acumen and the contract they offered.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $100,000-$250,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in December 2018 and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’ve been very happy with their skills and expertise. They’re flexible—when something isn’t right, they’re eager to help or figure it out. Once they had a good grasp of everything that we do, they were able to take on even more responsibilities that we originally had planned. I’ve been very happy about that.
How did Konstant Infosolutions perform from a project management standpoint?
We do the project management on our end. We use Jira and GitLab with them. The tasks go directly from us to their developers. Their project manager translates in between.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’ve been able to handle the technical challenges we’ve thrown at them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There were none.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Treat them as an extension of your team. Don’t just give them stuff and leave them for two weeks. When you make them part of the team, the output is better.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the digital product design lead at RISE Egypt, a nonprofit focused on supporting social entrepreneurs.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Konstant Infosolutions?
We needed someone affordable and flexible to help with development.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We gave them wireframes and UI designs. They’re developing and implementing them for both iOS and Android, as well as a website and an admin panel to handle all of it.
What is the team composition?
My primary contact is the business analyst, but I don’t know how many people have been working on it.
How did you come to work with Konstant Infosolutions?
When I came in, the team had already narrowed down the development between Konstant Infosolutions and another company and I had calls with them both. We described the project and level of partnership that we had.
We went with Konstant Infosolutions even though they were more expensive because they were more open to being flexible. They were more interested in the project and a long-term relationship as opposed to just getting the project done.
How much have you invested with them?
We have spent between $50,000-$100,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2019 and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Given the tight timeline of fewer than three months, they managed to deliver what we had agreed upon, which is a lot for an app of our scale. Even though there were some bugs, they did a very good job in terms of quality and we’re very satisfied.
How did Konstant Infosolutions perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is good. They’re available for communication; we had consistent calls with them and used email. After every meeting, they provided meeting minutes which helped us keep track of everything. They were flexible to adjust their usual process. When it came to bug reporting and tracking, we had a very detailed Excel sheet that tracked everything.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re flexible and organized, but there’s nothing in particular that stood out.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only issue is that there was a bit of miscommunication between the handover from the presale side to the business analyst side. Their presale's person agreed to a scope of work that wasn’t completely discussed with them. It caused some issues of there being more bugs than expected.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Utilize their consistent communication and get as many updates as possible. They’re very happy to do so. It’s really important to get involved. Make sure there’s alignment with the people that are going to directly work on the project just before you start and accept everything.

Konstant Infosolutions provided full stack development services for a community engagement platform. Following product specifications, the team built the iOS and Android app to meet multiple users’ needs.
Konstant Infosolutions delivered an operational app that generated positive user feedback during beta testing for the product’s intuitive and streamlined UX. The team is responsive and facilitates collaboration to encourage platform improvements. They offer valuable technical knowledge.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Sozensys, LLC. We do business under the name of our social media platform—Props2— that promotes community engagement in local areas. It’s a global platform that incentivizes users to patronize locally owned businesses based on their geographical areas. There’s also a built-in mechanism for making donations to local charities and nonprofits.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Konstant Infosolutions?
We wanted to develop an easy to use and aesthetically pleasing app for Android and iOS. While we needed the platform to have a lot of functionalities but needed it to be simple. We also wanted the UI to be intuitive and easy for users to adopt.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started with a product concept that I explained to Konstant Infosolutions. We discussed the project objectives, specifications, and functionalities. The app has multiple user types including businesses, nonprofits, and individuals that all interact differently with each other. Their team came up with a concept that includes all the necessary functionalities without making the app too complicated for users. Building the app for iOS and Android, their team also ensured both platforms had the same look and feel.
What is the team composition?
I spoke with Shiksha (Senior Business Analyst, Konstant Infosolutions) on several occasions to explain the project’s concept. Konstant Infosolutions’s in India and we’re located in the US, so I had to make sure that I explained the logistics clearly. Shiksha took extensive notes and sent them back to me for approval.
After we approved the contract, I began working with a project manager, Rahul Saxena. He’s my primary point of contact, making communication easy. He transmits the appropriate information to his iOS and Android teams.
How did you come to work with Konstant Infosolutions?
I searched the web and Clutch featured in the selection process prominently. After talking with 3–4 different companies, I moved forward with two: Konstant Infosolutions and a US-based company. The decision was based on two points including customer service. Konstant Infosolutions was responsive and prompt with their calls. Their team was detailed and didn’t charge for coming up with a proposal even though I talked with them for several hours to explain the concept. Communication with Konstant Infosolutions was better than with the local firm. The other reason for my decision was the cost. Konstant Infosolutions’ services cost a fraction of those of the US-based firm.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $50,000–$100,000 on Konstant Infosolutions’ services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Konstant Infosolutions in March 2019, and it’s ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The app’s live, but we haven’t started our media and user recruitment campaign. I’ve received positive feedback from beta testers. Users across age demographics like the app’s look and feel. I’ve had polytechnic students tell me that the app’s slick and people between the ages of 50–60 tell me that it’s really easy to use. The app’s smooth and flows well. Konstant Infosolutions has done a good job.
How did Konstant Infosolutions perform from a project management standpoint?
I talk with them every single day via email or Skype. Konstant Infosolutions has their own project management tool, but I prefer to use my own method of communication. Since I have one point of contact, exchanging files on Skype and email works fine. The partnership’s productive. We have a lot of back and forth. I don't just tell them to make a product because it works both ways. The more work we put into it, the better the results will be.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their Android team’s talented. As the market penetration for Android isn’t as great, US Android teams aren’t as strong.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I haven’t had any major issues. There haven’t been any egregious or exceptional challenges with schedules or budgets. This isn’t specific to Konstant Infosolutions as there are always deadline and timeline issues. With any tech project, there are delays and cost overruns.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
When working with any overseas team, it’s best to be as detailed as possible with instructions and the documentation of the concept. Quality control is also important. Look over every functionality, graphic, and text. I can tell a local team what I want colloquially, and they’d likely understand. With an overseas team, you can’t assume that they understand your ideas because you're from different places.

Konstant Infosolutions designed and developed an app that identifies changes in a WordPress site. They tested the product and managed release and support.
Although the app was recently launched, demand has increased and the information is more accessible. Konstant Infosolutions was able to develop anything that was necessary for the project to be successful. They delivered everything on time and were highly organized.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
At Kaman Distribution I manage the web properties. Since 1971, we have been providing Documented Savings to our customers from food and beverage to pulp and paper with industry-leading customer service and expertise at over 220 branch locations. Kaman Industrial Technologies takes a true Total Cost of Ownership approach to doing business, with the intended goal of boosting productivity and bottom-line savings, all while reducing downtime.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Konstant Infosolutions?
Our company is the 3rd largest distribution company of manufacturing products. Within that we also have in house brands to which we manufacture and distribute. We needed a solution to easily get this information to the masses in a place that can be continually updated and be the source of truth for all of the disparate information. We hired Konstant Infosolutions to develop an app that was easily maintained by tools that we currently already use.
What were your goals for this project?
The goal of the project was to have the brand information readily available in one place and give users the ability to quickly navigate and find products and information pertaining to the brands.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We found Konstant Infosolotions on this site. There was a large pool of vendors that were eventually filtered down to a handful. Konstant Infosolutions was chosen due to their experience and truly grasping the needs of the project while also being cognizant of the total budget. The project needed a partner that truly understood the requirements in order to be developed correctly and Konstant Infosolutions was able to do that.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
We needed an app to be created that was able to read from the changes we make on WordPress so that we could manage the app and the website simultaneously. The app required full design, development, implementation and testing from Konstant Infosoloutions. Each piece was taken care of in phases. everything was wire-framed, then designed, then developed and implemented followed by testing, release and support.
What was the team composition?
The company is small to medium size. The actual team allocated to the project was very small. Konstant Infosolutions appears to prefer waterfall method where we prefer agile development. For better or worse, each sprint/portion of how the app was constructed consisted of its own team with the constant being their project/account manager. Each section comprised of 2-3 individuals.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Our solution took much longer to develop and release than originally planned, due to various reasons from both sides but mainly from the client side. Project completion was a major achievement for the business. The app needed to be released and proven. We made sure to sign an extended SLA to ensure the app functions over time. With database and platform updates, we needed to ensure the app would always be available on the devices that we determined to be of importance. While it is only a few months into deployment, we have seen reduced inquiries to the business for information on the products and their offerings as well as an increase in demand as the information is readily available and shareable.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Project management was pleasant. The project manager had much responsibility and deadlines were tight. Not everything has been delivered on time or delivered to spec. We've had many setbacks due to issues on both sides. One of the main areas where project management could improve is changing the methodology of how projects are handled in that waterfall is too restrictive and an agile approach would greatly smooth the project progression. Another reason this could have been difficult was the restriction of only using 1 developer/person during the entire project. being at opposite ends of the timezone made communication difficult as well as our companies are 9 hours apart. tools such as myprojectdesk, gotomeeting and email were used. Konstant Infosolution had many other solutions but our company has many restrictions on what programs can be accessed.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most impressive aspect of Konstant Infosolutions is their ability to develop any request that we had. They understood the project and its needs. They delivered on the functionality of both the front- and backend, flawlessly, as designed by the client. This also was impressive given that they used 1-2 developers for the entire project.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Konstant Infosolutions can improve by investing in telecommunications software. As a company in India dealing with an american company, Konstant Infosolutions should have their own software for reaching out and conducting meetings, phone calls etc. to the states. They were solely reliant on our ability to provide this and we had several meeting conflicts because of this. The main area for improvement is allocating more resources to the project to improve development speed and Quality Assurance/ This in turn will help move their company to being more agile from waterfall.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am founder of a startup company. The company is not yet established and thus can't disclose the name. I am developing back end of the product.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Konstant Infosolutions?
Konstant Infosolutions helped us in developing the web based front end of the tool that we are developing. The required GUI is one of its kind and probably there are no web front ends which have similar requirements. As said, it was not a regular web development work.
What were your goals for this project?
Developing front end of the tool according to our specification. The project can not be completed without the GUI, so the needed development work was quint essential.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We were looking for a relatively small but skilled vendor, who is keen in building relations with the upcoming businesses. We looked for smaller companies in Tier2 cities of India like Jaipur in this case. We identified four potential vendors in Jaipur and asked them to provide us POC according to our spec. We identified Konstant as the most engaging vendor among them and the POC developed by them was closest to our expectation.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
They designed and developed the web based GUI for our tool in Node JS. All the requirements were provided by us in a comprehensive functional specification. Additionally, the look and details of each input page, the requirements on database structure were provided by us.
What was the team composition?
The project team had 3 permanent members - project manager, lead developer and developer. In addition a consulting developer and quality controller were pulled in as and when they were needed.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Konstant Infosolutions were able to develop a challenging GUI according to our requirements.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
The project management performed well, was relatively flexible and was keen to understand the requirements. All the deadlines were met and PM was very responsive for all our queries.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
In spite of being a small company, Konstant has the depth to solve any complicated development problem. The most impressive aspect is that the team has a hunger for solutions and suggests the best possible alternatives.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Only suggestion for improvement is that PM should align his development plan with the contract. During the project the work performed was not identically aligned with the contract, however in the end everything was aligned and outcome was according to our expectations.

Konstant Infosolutions developed native food delivery apps for iOS/Android with an admin panel. The app allows users to browse restaurants, order food, and have it delivered. They also created a website.
Although the apps are currently undergoing user testing and have generated positive feedback, Konstant Infosolutions stills needs to implement electronic payment options. Nevertheless, the team was communicative throughout the engagement and offered a flexible billing structure to suit client needs.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of a food delivery app startup called Grab It.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Konstant Infosolutions?
I approached Konstant Infosolutions to build native mobile apps for iOS and Android along with an admin panel and a website.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Konstant Infosolutions developed my food delivery apps from scratch as well as an admin panel. With the apps, users could choose a restaurant, place an order, and have the food delivered to their doorstep.
They initially provided me with several designs to choose from. After I selected the design, they modified the look based on my suggestions and added content such as my company’s information, pictures, and more.
The team also created an informational website where users could learn about my company—so what we do and how the app works. There’s a link to the app stores where users can download the app.
What is the team composition?
I talked to two people, including a business analyst and a technical lead. I was in a group chat with them, and they would answer any technical questions I had.
How did you come to work with Konstant Infosolutions?
When I first started the project, I searched online for a few companies in the US and Haiti. I had originally gone with another vendor, but I wasn’t comfortable with their payment plan. They wanted me to pay upfront before even doing the app.
Then, I contacted Konstant Infosolutions who told me that I could pay as I went. That meant that every time we finished something, I would pay them instead of paying all at once.
How much have you invested with them?
It was initially supposed to cost about $4,500, but the final price went up to $5,00 because I added so many extras.
What is the status of this engagement?
Their main work lasted from December 2018–May 2019. We planned to finish in three months, but some parts took more time than others.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Both the website and apps are live, and we’re doing testing right now. I’ve gotten good feedback so far, but there are a few things that still need to be fixed like the credit card payment function. They’re well aware of this and are meant to work on it.
How did Konstant Infosolutions perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re a good team to work with. They’re professional and responsive, and they know what they’re doing. Whenever I have concerns, they contact me right away. And if something can’t be fixed immediately, they give me a due date and always follow up.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their customer service is impressive. We communicate every day through Skype, instant messaging, and email. After they finish a task, they send an official email to recap what we’ve done so far.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I hesitate to say that this is an issue because I’m not sure yet, but I feel like things are moving a little slower now that we’ve wrapped up. There are some things that need to be fixed before we launch, but it’s been a few days, and I’m still waiting.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Communicate with them every day. Ask for dates even if they’re still working on a task, and just follow up with them.
