We were looking for a company to do our project on the Internet and we came across mobitouch. The flexible approach and professional service of the sales department convinced us to cooperate with them.

The main task of the mobitouch team was to prepare a mobile application in Flutter technology that could successfully run-on Android and iOS. Among the most important functionalities of the Gario application, I can mention, among others the ability to add content to it (CMS system), as well as an audio player that makes it easier for users to practice the pronunciation of the language

We worked with two specialists from mobitouch. The team included a Flutter developer and Project Manager

The application has been thoroughly tested on the target audience. Users praise how fast it works and how intuitive it is. We are planning an official kick-off in stores soon.

Our employees got along with mobitouch without any problems. Mobitouch experts have always provided advice and given us a lot of tips thanks to which our project was refined at the highest level.

I am a Product Owner at VoiceLab.ai, a company that utilizes technologies based on artificial intelligence and voice recognition to create powerful applications for sales teams and call centers.

For what projects/services did your company hire mobitouch, and what were your goals?

The subject of the contract was to create a multimodal and multilingual platform that utilizes machine learning algorithms to analyze human dialogues and create flexible communication models. The mobitouch team was responsible for the part of this project that included the design and programming of interfaces.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We announced a tender for our project. Mobitouch took part in it. They submitted by far the best offer. After some additional vetting, it was decided that they were the right choice.

In the first stage Mobitouch was responsible for the development of graphical designs as well as cooperating within creating the technical designs. Afterwards, Mobitouch was tasked with coding the front-end of the interfaces in React JavaScript technology. At the end of the process, Mobitouch conducted thorough testing of the application.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The members of the mobitouch team included a UX/UI designer, two front-end developers and a project manager on Mobitouch’s side. On our side the team consisted of an additional UX, 2 front-end developers, 2 backend developers and me - a product owner.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The interface that Mobitouch designed turned out to be very aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Despite the fact that both teams worked remotely (I have never met anyone from Mobitouch personally) cooperating was very easy. Mobitouch was flexible in adjusting their designs to fit our specific project needs. Additionally, they were always very active during meetings, where they would offer valuable input regarding the functionalities that were being discussed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is worth noting that everybody from Mobitouch was always on time for our weekly meetings, and if for some reason somebody couldn’t be present, then they always informed in advance. Overall, they were very professional in their work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While I can fully recommend Mobitouch and would be glad to work with them again, no company is perfect and room for improvement always exists. At the same time, it is hard to pinpoint one exact area which could have been done better given the budget and specifications of the project. Having to choose something, I would recommend working on improving the quality of the front-end code by adhering to the famous software development principle DRY – Do not Repeat Yourself and optimizing certain processes.
