The app was built using Flutter, ensuring seamless cross-platform functionality for both iOS and Android users. Key features such as event planning tools, group ride organization, and location-based event searches were integrated to boost user engagement. The app also allowed for customizable user profiles, enabling riders to showcase their motorcycles and riding style. Additionally, an easy-to-use Admin Panel was developed for managing users and events, and a promotional landing page was created to drive app downloads and highlight key features. They were the executors of my vision.

The development took place in one-week sprints with one summary / and planning at the beginning of each sprint. The scope was to bring Pigeon up-to date with the latest Signal App source code with a strong focus on maintainability. We wanted to ensure that updates would be regular hence keeping the logic code up-to date. 

In collaboration with our Product Development team, Mobitouch’s developers analyzed the existing code to check which parts could be reused and separated the UI and functional side in order to keep the logic part in sync with the frequently changing code of the open-source solution. 

All in all, mobitouch created a functioning, more snappy application and came up with a safe and efficient process of rebasing updates in the Signal code into the app, testing for unexpected conflicts. This was especially important, and although the maintenance process is not fully automated, the maintenance resource requirements have been reduced significantly.

Thanks to mobitouch’s help, we now have an application that meets the strict requirements of our minimalistic feature phone. We can finally offer it to our users who were waiting for the new release of the app, and has been downloaded over 2500 times since its launch - we are extremely happy with the results.

The project included: the preparation of clickable mockups of the app, programming, the implementation of the API provided by the Radio Nowy Świat, integrating the application with the web app, and publishing the app in App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery. The application is accessible by two types of users: registered and unregistered users. Some of the functionalities vary depending on the user type.

1. The number of paying subscribers has greatly increased since its launch. It’s crucial for us, as our Radio remains ad-free, relying solely on monthly fees from its loyal Patrons.

3. The app is more user-friendly and easy to navigate. 
4. The application has gained widespread satisfaction among listeners, particularly podcast enthusiasts and drivers.

We hired mobitouch to refactor a mobile app that allows the generation of virtual and temporary phone numbers, thanks to which users can freely phone and send text messages and receive calls. The main goal of the project was to create a new version of 2nr premium, a mobile application, which would allow users to use temporary phone numbers. The new application was to consist of the default application version and the paid version. The temporary numbers generated in the application were to retain all the capabilities of a normal telephone number such as: receiving and making calls, receiving text and multimedia messages (SMS & MMS), as well as sending contact invitations.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The first version of the application caused a lot of problems for users and that was also the main reason why we decided to create a new version with mobitouch. After publishing 2nr premium, the feedback from users was significantly better. They often say that the app works great. Now, the application has been downloaded over 3000 times.

At the beginning of our cooperation, we established the best communication model for us. We had online contact through Slack, and we organized online meetings when needed. Our teams had no problem getting along. Mobitouch provided us with advice and guidance on how our product should work so that it would be better received by users.
