Manual tracking of numerous reservations was inefficient and error-prone, and unreliable email notifications increased the risk of missed bookings. Our goal was to create a reliable tool that automatically synchronizes data between Rentalcars.com and our system.

The development took place in one-week sprints with one summary / and planning at the beginning of each sprint. This allowed us to have full flexibility as well as efficiently develop defined working packages.

mobitouch was very flexible and able to adapt to our efficient management style from day one of the cooperation. In addition, we found very impressive the respect of tight deadlines which in some cases required extra late hours spent by both teams to meet the desired outcome.

Are there any areas for improvement or something mobitouch could have done differently?

The experience level and maturity of their team allowed us to mutually improve and iterate our management style as well as developer cooperation through the project sprints. All in all, we’ve managed to receive the great cooperation experience.
