Synodus provides us with temporary contractors to fill gaps in our team until we build our permanent internal workforce. When we engage with them, they offer a transitional solution, with most of these engagements lasting between 3–6 months. 

For our latest project, we collaborated closely with our French office to transition a key product’s development to our headquarters. We formed a dedicated product team with roles like product owner, Scrum master, QA leads, and a few developers.

Synodus contributed experienced developers skilled in Java for backend development and Angular for frontend. They also provided expertise in iOS and Android SDKs. Our requirements were for senior developers due to the complexity of the tasks. The project was managed with Agile principles, including sprints and tight budgeting. Initially, our French team handled the project, but responsibilities gradually shifted to us. We’ll eventually transfer all development from Synodus to our internal team.

We’re highly satisfied with Synodus’s work; they bring great technical expertise. Whenever we need to remove their resources from a project, we carefully evaluate the decision because of their reliability. The highlight of their competence is having one of their product owners working with our internal team. It’s challenging to integrate external product owners in our environment, so it’s a testament to Synodus’s abilities that we’ve successfully done so.

I'm the Technical Manager of a P2P crypto lending platform founded in 2020. Our company's headquarters is in London, England. Our crypto lending platform allows people to finance their digital and physical assets without needing to do credit checks, with every detail secured by smart contracts.

Challenge #1: Performance The NFT & OTC trading platform must scale and execute smart contracts with speed and ease to accommodate fluctuations and growth in trading volumes. Hence, Synodus developed in-house Scan solutions from scratch to handle smart contract executions in batch. This resulted in zero-trading fees and the platforms being able to handle 300,000 orders per second.

Challenge #2: Automation To ensure the security and validity of every transaction, automation is needed to generate transactions and process loan contracts & repayments on the blockchain. Synodus has helped to implement AWS KMS with encryption mechanism to store and encrypt Private key to verify the validity of actions on the smart contract.

So we believe that every task assigned to Synodus' team met up to our expectation and we have been really pleased with the cooperation so far!
