Although we encountered some challenges and the projects didn't take off as planned, Talentuch suggested hiring a Lead Generation candidate to bring in new partners, allowing us to hire SAP specialists for newly initiated projects. They also were consulted on job offer negotiations and current job market conditions through from a vast candidate pool not regionally defined.
They presented us with 70 candidates for all our open vacancies. From this number 11 were qualified for job offer and 9 members have become Dot.Cy employees.
