For the last two years of the constant partnership, we have hired 20 highly qualified professionals of different levels to variable departments. Talentuch team has provided us with more than 200 candidates for review along with good support during the whole recruitment process. In addition to direct recruitment, the Talentuch team has helped us to check the market, forecast the vacancy success, and understand our recruitment needs.

The Talentuch recruitment team was tasked with providing technically competent candidates to Dot.Cy for a number of positions covering a wide spectrum of roles from consulting and development to team leading. They also were consulted on job offer negotiations and current job market conditions through from a vast candidate pool not regionally defined.
They presented us with 70 candidates for all our open vacancies. From this number 11 were qualified for job offer and 9 members have become Dot.Cy employees.

Talentuchs' approach focused on speed of service and quality at the same time. The first candidate was presented within 2 days of the cooperation start and is now a valuable team member. The recruiters have constantly during our collaboration represented Dot.Cy to candidates with the attention and care as if we were recruiting ourselves.

Might consider extending services to offer legal assistance for contractual agreements for those Companies like ourselves who are recruiting on a global scale.
