Our collaboration began with the DISC D3 certification. The training I participated in provided me with knowledge about the behavior model, and I gained the skill of interpreting competency assessment results in terms of selecting the right person for the team, better understanding of employees' needs related to daily cooperation, constructive approach to difficulties that arise in interaction, and areas for employee development. The DISC D3 assessment helped me develop as a leader and consciously select people for the team and then manage that collaboration. Individual employees in my team conducted the DISC D3 assessment, and then we participated in a series of webinars aimed at better understanding how personality affects teamwork, which personality elements to consider when hiring the right person, and how to interpret the results of the DISC D3 assessment to use this information to increase effectiveness in one's role. Personally, I participated in many other meetings and trainings conducted by EFFECTIVENESS, aimed at developing skills in using DISC D3 in various HR processes.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
In recruitment, we introduced an additional stage of candidate selection in terms of soft skills, attitude, fit for the role, team, and organization. Hiring the right people reduces recruitment and onboarding costs, and it affects the reduction of turnover in the team and increases the level of employee engagement. We also observe a higher level of communication in the team, considering differences in communication styles

During our cooperation with Effectiveness Team we have worked on improving communication in our management team. We have done that through completing tests and conducting fruitfull meetings with one of highly skilled Effectiveness Trainers.
Our Director went through a Leadership Skills Improvement Programme which was based on thorough analysis and meetings as well as specially designed tasks. After competing this programme she has passed her 360 Leadership Asseesment with a result of avarage 90%.
We have been consulting Effectiveness during our recruitment processes and have employed candidates who have turned out to be perfect for their roles.
We have been working with Effectiveness during our goal setting and goal evaluation processes organizing coaching sessions with our management team members and they all agree it is a very useful and helpful tool as well as as added bonus.
