Additionally, having a more streamlined process for quickly replacing team members when necessary would be beneficial. Finally, providing more opportunities for feedback during the project could help fine-tune their support and ensure alignment with our goals.

I'm the VP of professional services at Tachyon Technologies, a global consulting company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We provide solutions related to SAP and Salesforce.

We had a project in South America for which we needed to put a team together, so we hired Everscale Group to help us out.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We've been working with Everscale Group for a very long time. Initially, we started with a small project with them. For our most recent engagement, we had an IT project related to SAP for which we needed a team of 10–15 engineers to work on different SAP modules. Therefore, Everscale Group has helped us put a team together and deliver the project. This team includes SAP S/4HANA consultants, as well as SAP SD and SAP MM developers.

What is the team composition?

For our latest project, Everscale Group provided us with a team of 13–14 members, including developers and project managers. Currently, we're working with 3–4 teammates.

How did you come to work with Everscale Group?

I asked a colleague for a reference, and he recommended them. He had worked with them on a past company. My colleague provided a very good review of them, so we hired them.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our first engagement happened around 2020, and our partnership is ongoing.

Overall, the project has been a success. Everscale Group's teammates have delivered on time and worked very hard to make the product accessible. Moreover, the quality of their work has been excellent.

There are usually a lot of challenges in these types of projects where things are not defined well. However, whenever we've had challenges, Everscale Group has showed up and resolved them. We communicate via email and phone calls.

Everscale Group is very flexible and fast, which makes them different from other service providers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There are a few things Everscale Group could improve on. For example, it would be great if they opened up their technology stack and focused on other technologies. We also do work on Salesforce, so it would be great if they increased their horizon and helped us with those projects as well.

Communicating constantly with them is really important.
