We needed to replace our HR officer, who had retired, in order to fill a gap in HR expertise. We also needed to audit and update our employee handbook and HR policies.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our HR partner has assisted us on multiple occasions with complex personnel issues and assisted us with updating our handbook, HR policies, and job descriptions to ensure they were all compliant. This work was completed on time and we were very satisfied with our partner's expertise, engagement, and work product!

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yes, all items were delivered on time (within 6 months of start of contract) and our HR partner was always responsive to our needs, replying to our messages within 1-2 business days and making herself available when needed for video conferences in higher priority situations.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Business model is simple and makes sense. Our HR partner was an excellent asset to our church and very personable. We have a great relationship with them.
