We needed someone to handle inbound calls for scheduling and for general questions and followup.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I looked into hiring a customer service agent that worked in the office and quickly realized it was not the route we needed to take in this due to overhead costs and too much idle time that would waste money for everyone. I started researching virtual customer service companies and was not thrilled with many of the companies and their lack of dedication. When I came across this company they were so organized and caring about insuring I got exactly what I needed. They lined up interviews for me to choose one person to handle all of my needs instead of just having a call center with various people working for us. We are a customer service orientated company that strives to grow a relationship with our customers and didn't want them calling in and talking to just anyone that answered the phone. We wanted to make sure they know who they are calling everytime.

We are using Ring Central along with Jobber to make our entire system flow and promote customer satisfaction. After interviewing Maureen and bringing her on board she has bent over backwards to learn our system with almost zero training. She's truly amazing and so is Heidi who set everything up and made sure all of my questions were answered.

I have had the pleasure of working with Heidi that has set everything up and found my perfect assistant Maureen. Maureen is my personal assistant that is so delightful to work with. She not only does what I hired her for in the first place but keeps asking for more things to do to help us grow in the way we want to! She actually works the entire time she is being paid and is in constant contact with me. She is so efficient and is always asking me for work to do that sometimes I run out of things to send her lol! That is very unusual now a days and I love it!

What challenge were you trying to address with Remote CoWorker?
I needed a virtual assistant to help me with my business.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Remote CoWorker’s virtual assistant (VA) is sending my music to different radio stations. They research and identify the genre of various stations, and they send my songs and electronic press kit (EPK) to those stations.
My VA logs the day and time that my songs get aired if a station decides to play my music. Several stations play my music now, so we keep track of who’s airing my songs and for how many times per day.
Additionally, my VA has set up and is managing my Facebook and Twitter accounts. They also respond to messages on those platforms.
What is the team composition?
I work with one VA.
How did you come to work with Remote CoWorker?
We hired a VA for my daytime job, and they did a great job for us. I realized if I wanted my business to succeed, I also needed help from a VA.

Know your market. When I started this journey, I didn’t know what I needed to do. Identify your goals, and have your path lined up. Ensure that you are organized, and place deadlines on your tasks. If you do that, your VA will know what they need to do every day.
