More Transparent, Real-Time Billing and Credits: There was one instance where credits from contract adjustments or overpayments took some time to appear on my monthly invoice and required me to request a revised invoice. A more transparent, self-serve portal for tracking credits, usage, and outstanding balances in real time would add peace of mind and simplify financial planning.
