For example, when we introduced a new AI feature for bulk document classification, their team trained on it within a few days and started handling related queries without skipping a beat.

It builds a good relationship when a client calls, too. I can't take the call, but at least they feel like they spoke to a person. A person takes the message, and you're going to get the message.
