The Dalerio team answers live chat messages from customers shopping on several different brand websites. The chats they respond to are customers looking to make a purchase, or they may have customer service needs. It is the teams responsibility to help every customer, provide them with the information they are looking for, and identify opportu nities to turn ever chat into a sale.

The Dalerio team is measured on timeliness of chats, sales, and call quality. All of which the Dalerio team has delivered on. We have been extremely please with our partnership with Dalerio and continue to work with them.

Our main point of contact was Daniel, but we also worked closely with the designer, SEO manager and content writer. The work has been handled by at least 6 people from Dalerio's team.

From working with Dalerio we went from getting clients only from word of mouth referrals to having a marketing strategy and a steady source of business leads.

Their communications skills have been flawless. We had communication groups with everyone included and there were no delays in our communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication was very fast with everyone engaged in the chat groups, and our requests were very quickly reflected on the website.

We had to wait over 1 month until the team was available to take over a new project, so I just wish it could have been started sooner.

We've been impressed by the quality of the resources Dalerio Consulting has offered. We needed qualified people with experience and this is what we were able to find thanks to Dalerio Consulting.

We manage these people remotely so we use monitoring applications to check, listen and train these prospectors. We use Hubstaff and Anydesk if necessary. Having our own CRM and call applications, we didn't need more tools but that's how we wanted to work.

We work with commercial profiles and try to train and improve them as much as possible on our discourse in the translation field. We have regular meetings and weekly reports to discuss the figures.

I prefer to keep this to ourselves. But it's a project with a future and it's gradually being put in place and it's going in the right direction.

We had little to no experience in-house for managing and optimizing our digital presence. Our goal was to optimize our new website for maximum performance, seo, indexing and integration with social campaigns.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We knew the owner and some employees of this vendor, and we had it on good authority they were professional, quick and at an affordable price. They proved just that in their first offer, beautifully presented, clear and at a good price.

First we did some QA sessions with our Marketing Office and our Software Development Department. Then Dalerio presented a short but complete powerpoint with the goals, steps to be taken, expected deliverables, expected results, and they showed us how to measure the results in real time through Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, SEO and Website Performance Reports.

We had 2 resources dedicated for us, the Account Manager and the Webmaster/Digital Marketeer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We achieved a 98% SEO score in more than 95% of the website pages. We also reduced the loading time (first paint) to less than 1s from 26+ seconds. We successfully integrated Facebook Pixels in our website landing pages for campaigns.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Dalerio were very organized and efficient. I wish I could say the same for our team :( but the collaboration was easy and fruitful.

They are quick, efficient, and can cover our digital presence needs 360

They should promote their skills better, in order to upsell services to clients like us, services that we cannot know they exist.

I'm the manager of KlimaTeck, a company that maintains and services air conditioning systems.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dalerio Consulting?

They’re taking care of the whole webpage, including the design, the development, and the online marketing online—trying to put it on top.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We've been working together for a month or so, but we're going kind of slow because I've been busy and I haven't had time to give them much design direction. They’ve had space to work independently and create the design, and I like how that’s going. I’m trying to think of ideas, of how I can develop it a little bit more, but I kind of like it as it is now, and they're going to do a little bit more on some of the other pages.

They’re working on WordPress because I thought it would make it a little bit faster. But, I ended up waiting a bit longer because I've been busy. If not for that, it would be finished by now. They’ve done all the graphics for the site, and all I gave them was some pictures of the air conditioners we sell, as well as some handmade drawings. They’re also promoting the site on Instagram.

I've been talking with Daniel, but I think there are a few other people in there as well. They have a team of 7–8. Daniel is the manager, so he takes care of dividing the jobs. There’s also Donald, who takes care of keeping the website and the server online.

How did you come to work with Dalerio Consulting?

They were suggested to me, and I think I'll be working on them in the future again. I have another business growing as well, and I’m considering whether to have them build another website for me.

We’ve spent less than $5,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since September 2019. Now that we’re almost done with the design, we’ll start the SEO soon.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The number of calls has been rising a little bit because we’ve promoted it on Instagram. Once we’re able to verify our location on Google, we’ll start seeing more calls.

Everything I have asked for so far in terms of design they’ve delivered. They’ve also given me some ideas, and I supported them in that.

How did Dalerio Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

It's been awesome speaking directly with Daniel instead of all the supporting people. That system has been very successful.

We’ve met in person, and, initially, we talked by email because that's more formal. Currently, we talk on the phone. I can call them during their working hours and they're very responsive.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like how they are very patient with what I ask because sometimes I can be demanding. They work out every detail. I don’t know if most companies can do this, but they’ve been very efficient.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The SEO is going to improve my business a lot more after it.

If they follow the same way as I did, start with an email, then ask to meet Daniel in person, then he's going to give you the direction that you need. After the job starts, any requests that you might have you can just talk to them about.
