Veza Reception provides answering services for my practice. During the onboarding process, they took the time to understand my firm's needs and offered a personalized approach. They handle calls from potential and current clients, and also make outbound calls on my behalf to reschedule appointments.

I have been able to focus more of my attention on providing quality legal services to my clients, all while being able to rest assured that calls to my office and inquiries from prospective clients were being professionally handled in real time by Veza Reception.

Veza Reception took the time to understand our business before we forwarded all our calls to their virtual receptionists. They answer our phones when we are absence from office, examine each of our call and send us analysis through email and text. 

Our customers have found it much easier to work with us now that they can always reach us via phone

I took a look at a few companies that do something similar to me within the range of one month working with veza reception to check out how their conversion rate is going, then we realized that our business have been moving smoothly and going well.

I use Veza Reception to handle our inbound and outbound calls. I use them during normal business hours, after hours, and on the weekends. They developed a script that their virtual receptionists use that I signed off on. They collect information from our callers and then send us that information via email and text. They don’t really do much else other than that…

We have them in place just because our phone lines are too busy and we can’t get to everyone. We found we were losing way to many potential clients because we couldn’t get to everyone when they first called.

We've only been working together a short time but the biggest thing I noticed is that my practice has grown. The other thing I've noticed is that my clients are happier. There is someone always there to answer their calls and the feedback I have gotten is that they feel taken care of.

I am definitely seeing results as I have been able to acquire more clients, and it’s only been a few months.
