Our service is finding relevant media output of the day according to the requirements of our costumers. We filter and sort the content, to deliver a clearly structured press review. Every press review has a strict deadline early in the morning that has to be kept.

A list of daily press reviews is being delivered on time. There are no more customer complaints than with our inhouse teams.

Our team is available anytime in case new tasks have to be discussed. They always respond very fast and are flexibly taking over new tasks. Delivery is always on time no matter what.

After conducting a quick survey with 3 BPO companies, BPO Next Door came up first for price/performance ratio. Also, BPO Next Door was recommended by another business partner.

The initial team quickly staffed by BPO Next Door was trained to use our software tools. Sonner that expected they reached the expected performance. More team members were added and trained on the job by the initial team. Later on, we tasked parts of the team to create training data for AI. We are very satisfied with the quality levels achieved. Despite the problems caused by the war, the team stayed committed to the project and all deadlines were observed.

We are absolutely satisfied with the timeliness, quality, and transparency of the project. Our client had to pause the project over legal issues; we will certainly re-engage with BPO Next Door when the project is resumed. While we would have fully understood any disruptions caused by the war, it never impacted our project. They were outstanding, resilient, and dedicated.

From the management level and project management to IT on all levels, transparency was always maintained.

We needed support in maintaining a high quality with our deals and vouchers. For example: On our german websites, we have more than 15.000 vouchers and deals that have to be checked and maintained.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We considered mutliple agencies in that sector. We partnered with BPO nextdoor, because they where open to start slow and "test" the partnership in 2019. They where flexibel, fast and the quality of their work was very good. It was important to us that BPO nextdoor personell could work with texts in german, spanish, italian and french.

We provide BPO Nextdoor personell with a maintanance rooster of our deals and vouchers. Those deals can be from our german/spanish/italian website. BPO Nextdoor has to check if the deal (or voucher code) is still valid. In addition to that BPO Nextdoor personell researches new Deals and vouchers for our website.

Our point of contact is a team leader and we started with 3 people. The team grew every year and now we have way more than 5 data analysts at BPO Nextdoor. I don´t want to give the exact number here.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Having BPO handle repetitive tasks with voucher and deal maintenance helped our content managers to concentrate on other projects. In addition to that we could train german staff, that had to do this task before we worked with BPO nextdoor, in other fields like SEO, marketing or BI.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have a daily communication with our BPO Nextdoor teamlead and have integrated them in our communication-workflow in Microsoft Teams.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

To be honest after the russian attack on ukraine I was more than impressed how BPO Nextdoor did everything to secure a location in poland to evacuate all employes in case hey have to leave leviv. Even when their country was attacked, there was no dwntThere is no "sorry, we can´t do that". Working with BPO Nextdoor almost feels like working with a colleague.

Honestly, there is not much room for improvement. They could lower their prices ;)

What was the scope of their involvement?

BPO Nextdoor provided us with lead generation and appointment setting services. Initially, we gave them some information about our company, including the kind of clients we want to focus on — we were looking for clients from the e-commerce industry. They then did the research and eventually provides us with quite a good list of potential customers at a very good price.

I worked with only one person from their team, but I don't remember his position.

I called them and we discussed the details of the project and what we wanted to achieve. They agreed, and we began the partnership.

We officially began our project in January 2022, and they finished it by the end of February 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Overall, our engagement with them was a success. We closed three clients from the hundred that they provided — that's only a 3% success rate but it was a good result for our business. With these three clients, they could actually have a turnover of roughly $10–$15 million per year. Also, I already reinvested the money that I put into this company, which is the most important thing for me.

How did BPO Nextdoor perform from a project management standpoint?

They were always prompt, responsive, and timely with deliverables. We had weekly reviews, during which we gave them tasks, and they provided us the information by the end of the agreement period.

We were using Salesforce to track and manage our project, so all of the tasks were carried out there. We also communicated through Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were a good company that consisted of professionals who did a great job.

No, not really — everything went well.

The vendor has been recommended to us and we started an assessment process to evaluate the fit with our needs (flexibility, German speaking staff etc.).

We decided to work with a standard and market-leading customer support tool (Zendesk) and aligned on workflow and FAQ in training.

We worked with the generator management in a first step and quickly get to know potential candidates for our project. After interview process we started quickly from scratch design, training and go live. This took only a few weeks with very good support through multiple iterations.
