We started with phone support. The goal was simple… make sure our clients could talk to someone 24/7. Their team also built their own tracking system so we could see call reasons, customer feedback, and follow-ups.

As time went on and our business grew, we added more tasks. They took on email support, help with our training platform, and then more detailed ticket work. Later we handed over some account setup and backend tasks as their team got more familiar with our process.

We track a lot of KPIs to make sure our clients get good support. Some of the main ones are:

Abandon rate: 4%

Most of the year they stayed above the goals. The only one that was lower than our target was call occupancy. We wanted 70%, but it stayed around 55%. Everything else stayed strong.
