The vendor has also assisted in: Establishing the Polish company, Finding accountant, Finding a lawyer, Finding an office. We expected the hiring process to be 1-2 months but all of the hires are done within 1 month of initiating the process and the average time from initiating the process to signed contract is 2 weeks. They listen to our needs and adapt for changes even when the recruitment process already have started.

When finding a candidate was difficult, they returned to the planning table with us. We tried to see what we should do to find better talent, whether to modify the budget or look in another region.
